I used to sleep with minimal clothes on inside my mummy bag like shorts and T-shirt and had no issues with moisture in the bag. Note: stuff the clothes in the bottom of your bag that you’re going to put on so they are warm in the morning. I also find it amazing that you still have to remind people that you are in an urban location....man, some people. Fun video and still watching over here in Maryland. Nice work MEGEE!

I was just wondering 🤔 so if you know, please let me know. With the way the bottom of the sleeping bag keeps getting wet, would his clothes also get wet?

@@MegaSusanc if the bag isn’t waterproof then eventually they would yes. Could always use clothes as a pillow. My sleep system had a gortex outer liner so moisture was never an issue. If you don’t have an outer liner then scotchguard spay works great at repelling the elements.
The condensation is from me putting my head in the bag. Its getting wet from the inside.

I just love your Channel I've been watching the channel since you started. I love that you keep it 100. I've only lost my stakes one time. The first time I winter camped! I came up with a pretty good method. It has worked for me every time. Tip: Go to Walmart and buy the nail type stakes for a buck a piece. That is all I use in the winter. In the morning when you are packing up, take your hatchet or a hammer and just give them a tap, tap, taparoo. They will pop right out! Even easier if you have a paracord loop that you can hook onto the plastic part and around your wrist, then pull. So easy man!

I like the urban tent camping myself find a remote area or well hidden plus is that you have good roads around close

@@TheOutdoorsMeGee get a four way key for faucets and look for an empty building in SHTF got to the top floor to sleep good view for security sleep in a closet area it is warmer in there urban survival is best IF and ONLY IF you are stealthly quiet and move at dawn or later evening there will be tons of stuff in town but you may have to wait awhile remote in the wood is safer but you are always open to a scope rifle thing get me?

fyi they have a tent spray that you can bye to put on your tents to stop rain,dew and it helps to stay warmer just saying.
I've tried it before it doesn't work well.

Have a question/suggestion on why your feet are getting wet in the sleeping bag, are you changing out your socks to a dry pair before getting in the bag? I know I had that problem would go straight from my boots into the bag. I try to take my boots off let my feet dry out a little then put on a dry pair.
