Can I come up with an all-new niche?
4 years without result 😮 Waw
Hello there. I believe the second link isn't safe. Kindly check it again sis
What about saying something about happened in Turkiye ? Aren't you half Turkish ?
I signed up to the Niche guide and was lost with Kit. I also subscribe to your Kit page, but nothing really happen. Can anyone help guide me through? I really want to learn about the guide.
That's right. Everything takes time. We could tell right away when we first spot you that your content were going to help and inspire a lot of people.
I wish I had this video back when I was starting. I was so mad because I had great content but wasn't getting any attention. 1k was mission impossible. I was lucky when I found out I can boost my channel with initial subs just enough to start getting noticed. I got myself first couple of hundred subs for very low price (personally used a lot of Famester). After that my main channel gained a ton of organic traffic.
I've never been closer to starting a channel with the intent to get monetized and share my passion. ❤ Thank you for this.
I have done it because of her and it's worth it!
Awesome
I started this channel 22 days ago and already have 14k subs and 650k views. You never know what can happen. I don't regret it, just don't expect anything. I tried many accounts with no luck in the past!
🎉🎉🎉Congratulations
Awesome congratulations
damn dude well played
@@marcsnarrations Thanks man - to be fair, this is not my first channel. In fact it's actually from 2008, but it sat dormant for awhile lol
@@frightfactoryYT hahaha yeah I was curious and went to your channel and saw that and I know that ‘secret’
Yes started RUclips after age 55 as an education and tech channel and have 13500 subs now. The decision gave me a second life and career
I will not give up. We are not in competition with anyone. Everyone’s journey is unique. Yes it’s not easy because I’ve been on RUclips since 2011. I started taking my RUclips seriously in 2018 and it’s been hard. Thank you for sharing your experiences and encouraging us 🤗🥁.
I find that making RUclips videos have greatly increased my confidence and camera shyness. Before this, I have always seen myself as very unphotogenic and I hated recording myself. Now, that unhealthy view of myself has been slowly but surely disappearing. Not to mention that I actually love recording and editing my own content and videos!
Doing youtube really teach me how to manage my time, how to plan on work and projects, especially taking on criticism.
Thank you
I just started my youtube journey. This video gives me more inspiration to continue! Thanks Ruri ❤
I stay with the last words you said. Self-esteem is very decisive for being on RUclips or other sites. To tell the truth, you empathized clearly.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)

Thank you for your honesty and being genuine. I appreciate you. I started my channel, back in June and am going slowly. I'm still trying to figure things out and going to be trying to figure things out for a while. The basic is, I like building models and just wanted to share that and maybe help some other model builders along the way. Your videos were inspiring to me to give it a try. I wish you all the success you want and hope you always stay this down to earth. Again, thank You.
Thanks Ruri. You da bomb for the last past 2 years. You are a real mentor in my life even after my stroke 2 years. Recovering a day and you always let me listen your ways, methods and teaches. Blessed channel for me and you keep me going.
Thanks Ruri. Watching alot of stuff lately of yours. Open our minds lekker soos a cracker!! :)
You have a wonderful work ethic and apparently the patience of a saint. I find you incredibly tenacious and very intelligent. Keep up the good work young lady!👍
I started this channel this summer, i’ve had fun with it as well as a lot of hard work but it definitely helped improve my confidence in front of camera and in general. When I started I was more focused on the numbers (which made it less enjoyable), but now I focus on the journey and creativity which has made it much more fun. Currently on 700ish subs but i’ve really enjoyed the journey and hope others start it too❤
0:39 Excellent response
Perfect response.

Thank u Ruri !! Ur productivity videos helped me a lot with studies. I just wanna say that pls never stop making videos around productivity. I am from India and comptetion is very high here and i got so overwhelmed by it when i first starrted to prepare for the exam to get into a good medical collage. I stoped studying for months but after watching ur vids i got the motivation to study again and i am trying to improve myself now. Once again, thanks u a lot!!❣️✨
Omg I needed that, I literally thought about starting an art RUclips channel a week ago but than got scared. This is my sign to actually do it ^ ^
Thank you Ruri, your channel actually inspired me to make youtube videos to help my students (I'm a history teacher). Appreciate that you're always so charitable in your knowledge as well!
It takes you 1 year to reach 1 million but it takes 7 years of experience to reach it wow!❤
I'm only at 47 subscribers, but I'm quite happy I started a RUclips Channel! I work full time as a mail person in Canada, but love RUclips as a new Hobby!
Thank you for always providing such high-quality content for free, Ruriさん.
New, fresh content to consume? Hell yes! :) Always appreciate you Ruri! Lots of love to you and your loved ones!
I appreciate you 🫶🏻
i started my youtube channel 4 years ago, i had no clear idea but it was like a hobby for me but then i wanted to grow,i had about 40 videos posted but i deleted 20 of them coz i was insecure(also the content of each video was different as i never thought about growing) as i m still teen and i m preparing for college entrance this year, i can't start youtube right away, i always add your videos to my inspiration playlist, you are such an inspiration✨😭,i will definately start youtube next year..
I was the same! Hopefully you'll pick up the camera again!
@@whachuupto thnksm ,hope so
Thanks ruri. U have given me a reason to live. I was alone for most of my time in my life. No one really became my friend. I thought about ending it sometimes. But u gave me a reason to keep going. I am going to start my own channel once my college semester ends. Hope u see this ruri. I thank you from my heart.
I love your channel, I have Been procrastinating to start a RUclips channel because I look how good people's content is there was no way I can compete with it. But I saw your video today. Definitely a sign I needed and motivation for the push I needed.
Going through a difficult time and still choosing to provide the world with value is why I think we'll both succeed. Stay true to yourself, and keep going.
this was so heart-warming...thank you for the positive words. really needed them
Hi Ruri, you're one the few people helping me stay focused on my goals. Soon enough, when I succeed, I'll let you know❤.
Great advice! It is so great to know that others (as small creators) went through the same things. Now I don't feel alone and it seems that I got the inspiration I needed 🌟
Very refreshing and motivating insights, as we can get lost in the process and discouraging numbers! Aside from this appealing topic, in terms of being mixed, I can relate with your feelings. Knowing that there is a huge number of multi-mixed population in this world we know where we belong. Thanks Ruri for the empowering thoughts!
I feel like that video gave me motivation to start posting again. Thank you Ruri
Great video, Ruri... exactly what I needed... THANK YOU!!! ❤
Oh THANK you for speaking about the „hobby“ point. I always hear from all sides, it SHOULD just start as a hobby. But I want more as just „a hobby“. Of course I love it, but I want to treat it as a job. A hobby I don’t have to do consistent!
As a new RUclipsr in the make money online niche, completely agree with you. I used be a Facebook content creator that monetize my content with affiliate marketing, but I have realized that video is can drive more conversation to any offer that is well package.
It is amazing it takes time but I can't believe how amazing this journey has been !
Ruri’s style for inspiring people is unique! That’s why she has almost 1,5 Million subscriber…
RURI! I just restarted my RUclips journey, 7 years after posting one video and immediately deleting it. 🤣 This year I gave myself the promise that I'll stick with it for a whole year and see how I feel by the end of it. The rule is, no deleting my videos this time.
Having watched you from your early beginnings, it's been inspirational seeing you grow through your perseverence.
Thank you! Just started, I’m going to stay with it.
Actually there is no need to suffer because it’s all mindset shift. If you only care about good stuff and you’re appreciative of it, you will always keep going. We just need to stay true to ourselves and play the game accordingly. It’s mix of both
Reached your channel by random chance. Good content I can relate to. But what hooked me into your videos is your sweet and mellow voice and accent. Pure ASMR. Thank you ❤
Your videos are always stunning. Thank you!
Ruri, I think that this video is one of the best on your channel. Your storytelling went to another level. It is want I really needed now, thanks for motivation.
Great points. Thank you Ruri. Good luck with your financial situation and be happy!
I remember you once saying it took you trying 5 different channels before you succeeded. Starting from scratch sounds so daunting so I applaud your tenacity
5:50 this part here really hits home. I am half chilean half argentinian and I've felt like an outsider all my life because of this. specially due to the rivalry that these countries have, I never felt like I could express myself 100%, which is the reason I've always considered the idea of creating a youtube channel. I feel like if I uploaded silly videos of me doing stuff in my two nations I could see more clearly the nice things that my two identities give to me, It would help me see the beauty in this mess and hopefully would make me stop feeling like a foreigner all the time. Your video was really helpful and offered me an insight that I never had about this problem, thank you
Wow spoken so well and truly. Happy this video exists because I agree with every point - amazing job as always, Ruri!
And happy YOU exist! Because your videos inspired me to keep going on my journey :)
Thank you so much!🫶🏻
Over the past month, I’ve been on a transformative journey, one that I never imagined I would take. I started watching your videos, and from the very first moment, something sparked inside me. Your words, your insights, and the way you carry yourself-everything about your approach resonated with me on a deep level.
It wasn’t long before I realized that you weren’t just someone I admired; you had become a true mentor to me, even if we’ve never met. Every video I watched, every piece of advice you gave, I took it to heart. And for the first time, I found the courage to act on something that had only been a dream-starting my own RUclips channel.
Just a month ago, I was filled with doubts, unsure if I could even begin. But following your example, I pushed past those fears and published my first video. That sense of accomplishment was unreal. Since then, I’ve posted three more, and each one is a step forward in a journey I never thought I’d take.
I’ve come to realize that this is just the beginning, and with you as my guide, I know there’s so much more I can achieve. You’re not just an inspiration; you’ve shown me what’s possible, and for that, I can’t thank you enough.
Being a young attractive female may help initially but speaking only for myself, I return to your videos because much of the content is interesting and valuable… although my language learning situation hasn’t improved 😁
I can’t agree more… youtube is a great platform to learn ✌️🏻 will keep going until monetize my channel, let’s go !
Very nice advices. I started my channel 8 months ago and it is slow but consistently growing reaching 470 subscribers. Yes, this is my 2nd channel and I met a niche (brazilian people working in Japan with advices to prepare the retirement in both countries). The niche is small but there are demands, also I feel happy helping people to understand the process and make their future life more comfortable.
lol 😂 I love the audacity some people have to say you’re only successful cause you’re a pretty female. It does help a little bit though but I think your videos give a lot of value. That’s probably why it’s hard not to subscribe. Congrats on the success and value you give.
I've been working on my RUclips channel(not this account, this is my personal account) and your videos have been intrumental. Ive learned so much!
I just started my youtube channel on making random content 5 years ago. But then life stuff got in the way for awhile. Now that I have a clear vision of the pivot i want to take my channel to moving forward. I am planning a comeback sometime next year for sure as a soft rebrand per say. Been noting down my ideas right now that i am pretty proud with, all what is missing having plenty of time to make them at the moment. But I am all aboard this hype train of content creation again next year and see where it takes me. I so needed to hear this thanks Ruri. :)
Welcome to the outsider's club! Like you, I'm mixed (half Filipino, half Shanghainese) and didn't feel like I belonged exclusively to one side or the other, which in a weird way it can be a plus because I don't see myself bound by some of each side's society norms! 😁
The most difficult part for me once I started this channel 4 months ago was the struggle that nobody would care about what you care about. It's like you could talk about abstract ideas and theoretical concepts all day, and it would reach out to no one, so the only thing you would do is begin to chase fame and to adapt towards the algorithm rather than what you would care doing the work for.
To be sincere, I found your channel inspiring to dare to even try to open up about philosophy on my channel, and I don't think I regretted it since.
The most important thing I hoped to have done earlier is not to go mad over those numbers, and to create the material that I would still care about despite nobody caring.
Thanks Ruri! You’ve definitely inspired me to start. Especially since I’m not english native doing content and for me English content has always been clear choice for vid language. Now I just struggle with consistency and ideas 😅
Keep it up Ruri!
Thank you so much for your video. I think that I want to start a youtube channel, but I make excuses for some reason and I prepared script, but I don't shooting video.
You are an inspiration for everything, and I have learned a lot of things from you.
I've always wanted to start a channel, mainly for streaming I've just never plucked up the courage😂 I already have videos on RUclips with a few views and they're years old.
I really need this reminder from time to time. it's really exhausting when you want to create a post and chasing numbers. I hope I can find a way back to it, i tried it last year and got lazy and the perfectionist and overthinker in me is killing it LMAO
Starting a RUclips channel is so much more than just getting views or subscribers! 🎥✨ It’s a journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and creativity. Even if no one’s watching, you’re still learning and growing with every video you make. Plus, you never know when your content might resonate with someone and change their life! 💡🙌 To everyone out there creating despite the numbers, keep pushing forward! 🚀
I love this video. I have any ideas for videos, just not the confidence to start. Your video provides a sense of the "just try it" ideal. :)
I'm a fairly new subscriber, I just want to say to you keep posting regularly, as inspiration. You have people like me who just genuinely like to listen, you have a way of communicating so the main topic doesn't really matter, make it all count no matter what it is I hope this inspires you. We're all in this ish together. Just post f the rest.life is too short.
I didn't know you had a second channel Ruri, going to check it out now. Thanks for the encouragement Ruri, I recently got monetized after 1.5 years of posting and I hope to make a living in five years!
Grateful for my 192 awesome subscribers! 🥰🙌 Your support keeps me going every day. Tough times come and go, but I’m here to stay, growing and improving for all of us. Let’s keep the journey going! 💪💫
Thanks for this wonderful video, Ruri. Gave me so much hope. Love from India!
Best video on youtube motivation I've ever seen, thanks❤
Thank you for sharing! So true! Every good thing does take time! I am ready!!!
Thank you for talking about being on 2 different nationalities I can relate totally. Thank you for talking about it It’s appreciated
You are amazing Ruri. Keep it up!
Thank you! You are my favorite motivational speaker ❤
The 'one video away' thing is such a gambler's way of looking at hope. But I get the picture!
This is encouraging. Thank you Ruri ! 👍
Thanks for the motivational content warrior Ruri.
The part about not fitting in being Japanese and or Turkish, totally resonated with me. I’m not enough Mexican and yet not enough American.
I am an American. My wife is Japanese. I have worked on the job much with Americans, Mexicans, and Filipinos . You are all fine with me. You fit in with the rest of the human race. God said so.
I get what you're saying Ruri, i started my RUclips channel back in 2020, and not only making videos. But to improve my creativity, my video production skills, and to show what hobbies i can do. And that's what it takes. And like you said, it time to gain subscribers. 5:50 I never knew that, but don't let it bother you so much. Always be proud of who you are and what your good at. That's what matters the most. Me, i don't mind at all. I always show respect and support to those trying to achieve what their good at. This has been a very good video, TYVM for sharing this me. Stay Positive🥰🥰🥰🥰🖤🖤🖤🖤♥♥♥♥✌✌✌✌💯💯💯💯
Glad to hear You! Thanks Ruri ❤😊
Thanks for the encouragement :)
Thank you for this, Ruri. I will never forget the day I started RUclips and just talked about stuff I wanted to talk about. Can I share with you the video?
Thanks for this video 🥺❤️
I even have a video of yours saved and set a reminder in my phone to watch it every Sunday, just for that extra early morning boost the next day.
thank you for those words
THANK YOU RURI I THINK I WANNA SHARE MY EXPEIRENCES THANKS TO YOU
You seem happier in this Video and am Glad.
Am also on a similar journey and I will also be better.
Thank you big sis.
Love you, Ruri
❤Ruri I still love you
I will forever love Ruri 😫
That was a very inspirational speech.
Ruri I clicked so fast as soon as I saw the notification and I am watching your videos since years and years ago and I will always be your biggest supportive💖🥹💫
thank you Ruri, I already shared my first video and still I'm working with second one
nice video ruri 😊
As long as you enjoy uploading videos, you can‘t lose. 😊
You make quality videos
yess finally managed to catch within the first minute.
I watch your videos and it helped me a lot. lots of love from Bangladesh ❤
i hope all the new and small channels become successful, wish everyone best of luck and love from around the world. :)
You are a hard-working woman
Love your intelligent channel
Good watch! I will soon be making a RUclips Channel to add exposure and use the content to advertise my small engine repair business on social media.
Getting views on RUclips is hard at first. Thanks Ruri, for the inspiration. I think it's good to start a channel, but be prepared of seeing small results, but just as Ruri said, it took her years before she started gaining views.
I think it's good, but it can be hard doing videos and working and studying at the same time. It's always hard for me to make the call between working hard on something and making a complicated video that takes longer to make, or to just make a simpler video that you can get out quicker, maybe a little bit of both
I have been a subscriber since a long time and enjoyed most of your content and wish you best of luck in your future endeavors!
Thanks for all your hard work on this video! Your one of my fav youtuberrr❤❤
