    "Well wait, if we have one pipe for both water and food, won't they get mixed up? That's why we have two separate pipes, one for water, one for food" I LOVE how you simply describe this, and the moment you said "mixed up?" I instantly realized you were talking about xylem and phloem.

    Also to remember xylem for water alphabetically WX is next each other so W for water and X for xylem.

    7:45 are those phloems or just supportive sclerenchyma? I thougt tiny white looking cells that are right beside the xylem are cambium and then blueish green cells are the phloem and what you show there is a sclerenchyma cap. What am I missing?
