True. This house is stunning! But yeah, it is rather a hassle that you cannot go directly to the 2nd floor bedroom and instead have to pass through the balcony first (and get wet if there’s a thunderstorm😢). I think I’ll request that the sofa be moved to the foot of the bed, glass doors be extended further so that there’ll be space to walk into the room, an electric shutter for the skylight window, curtains to block out light, and use a projector instead of a tv (can hang it either inside if it rains and outside for movie night in the summer!😁)
LOVE the concept, but HATE the design! As you go up the stairs you have to go out through the cantilever patio to get into the bedroom, at 8:05 min!? You have to make space to turn left at the top of the stairs by pushing the windows by at least 3 feet (36 inches) making the cantilever patio smaller.
