I wonder if this speaks to the quality of the player playing her? If it was a better player receiving this serves they might have got them? So to serena she felt that her serve was off because it was (to her) but the other tennis player was just wasn’t good enough to play her, so she was missing the serves

It definitely would've been nice but it's not the end of the world, since 13 out of the 24 slams were from the amateur era, Australian-only tournaments. I think even Graf and Martina are above Court to be honest, which is a pretty common opinion
@@econcam8977 Yeah agreed, I'll take graf's 22 in the professional era over court's mixed 24 any day. Graf is absolutely top 2 (bare minimum top 3) and she is much closer to serena than court is to graf

Graf for sure and maybe even Navratilova are above Court. Evert and certainly Serena are not.
