Exciting video, A year ago I took the no contact route, well i wouldnt say it didnt go well, but i missed her and sometimes you have to leave your comfort zone and go for what you want, Without knowing and having a huge ego, we might actually miss out on our soul mate all in the name of not settling for less, I know who i am, and at the same time i know what i want for me, so i did all i could to get her back, and I must say, it was the best decision i have ever made, we have been together again for over 7 months, yes marriage isnt always rosey, but i am lucky to have her, just as she is to have me, we compliment each other

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i am in a similar situation, and i do not know what else do to have him back, i have been dying inside, people actually think i am happy, i am not.

I feel your pain sister , after trying out the no contact experiment that failed miserably, i had to find other means, i had to reach out to a spiritual adviser, it was brilliant idea which i never thouht it was, but it worked wonders for me.

I exited from 2 toxic relationships recently. Results: Healthier and happier. Increased self awareness and self care. Pursuing what makes me happy-dancing, yoga and sleeping more🌸

I love your videos, I would be so grateful for a video on negative self talk.
Please don’t ever stop doing what you are doing. I have learnt so much from you. 😊❤

Please make a video about staying true to yourself around other people who talk about things you're not interested in and how you feel awkward trying to fit into that situation. For instance, in a work environment.
Your videos are really helpful, thanks so much and I'm enjoying learning these perspectives from you.

This year I retired early simply out of exhaustion, anxiety, and complete unhappiness in my career and myself. It was also very lucrative, and I never thought about the job but simply the money to fund my life. Since embarking on my self-work journey a few years ago and digging deep within your categories were spot on for me. I woke up today in mental anguish and despair. My identity has been tied to everything external and now I have nothing but time to work out the bugs in my mind and programming and behaviors to just be. I am grateful for you being my algorithm this morning with the perfect content for where I am at in my evolution. 🙏 I subscribed!

I saw this in a doctor's office many years ago: "If you Worry, why Pray? If you Pray, why Worry?" That work dropped from my vocabulary right then and there! Love, Jo in Flagstaff, AZ ❤

Oh, yes, I just became aware of how much more restorative and enjoyable it is to only eat out in really good restaurants! Otherwise, order in or do something easy at home. No mediocre meals out. This has been such a valuable discovery! So glad you highlighted it here because I never saw/read/heard it anywhere and just stumbled on the realization on my own. I encourage everyone to try this!

Definitely 7 of those are a must do for me. I’ve listed them in my notes that I carry with me. Will give me a permanent reminder when I check my notes or idly browse on a coffee stop. Great video, thank you for giving direction.

Thanks. Your steps are very realistic and so true to my life. Life is short and fragile .. we have to build up our life according to our goal. Negative people really drained our energy. Thank you for sharing. Hoping to watch and learn from more of your video. ❤

Please make a video on ridding oneself of negative self-thoughts. The quote about a toxic relationship shouldn't cause pain or make you feel small resonated a great deal with me.
