This is very much subject to change based on a more accurate transcription, in light of a higher resolution it could change the meaning of every line.

Perhaps Henry just can't read latin in the game and that's why it appears to you as nonsense.
Yes, I would just like to point out that this is only how I saw the letters. And, that even so much as changing one letter in the mix could greatly effect the translation / meaning of the sentence. Like in: scnui urgen eut syndursios los surs que deus faisner, even a little change could mean "I urge you to let them go" as if he is talking about sins or fears or something.. idk.. or even, "I urge you to go to bed" and even something about the son of God at some point.. 🤷♂ I just kept it as it seemed to make a full sentence of "all" the words together. things like even one letter being different could change the tone, or perspective, like in Swe wis orox, being god bless you... as just "Swe wis oro" though, its "I pray to God", without the oro, its "his wisdom." I am very curious if a better res'd image and a better translator could give us as a more accurate and clearer message of what this all may mean.

"cinders of the gods" makes me think of either the church in Rovna, or a burnt pagan totem. I'm sure I've seen one before, but I don't recall where.

Cinders of the gods makes me think of the burnt-down church in Rovna as well, or a pagan totem as you said. "Myrtle, do not cover your breasts" perhaps intimates that you should remove all your clothes at the location. Has there been any progress on this?

So true. Just started my 10th ish playthrough. It’s the only game where I keep finding new ways of navigating the story, and the depth of Easter eggs makes exploration a truly enjoyable experience.
I’m hoping that the next games from warhorse look to include co-operative gameplay, or it eventually comes out in a workable mod.
This is possibly the best game I’ve ever played, and I’ve been gaming since 1994.
You should do a video on the new movie Medieval. It’s a true story of Jan Zizka and takes place at the same exact time of Kingdom Come Deliverance. It’s awesome!
Cinders are basically ashes which could mean a fire or something related to a fire. Syndur means the ability to swim in Icelandic. Since the second one doesn't make sense I'd say it's related to fire. Like other comments state it's possible for it to be near a religious building, statue, or artifact that was most burnt but not completely destroyed. I know some civilizations made naked statues and murals of people that are naked. So maybe you're looking for a naked statue of a woman holding her breasts that was partially burnt. Probably overthinking it.
I assume it’s referring to the polytheistic statues, and if I recall right there are some that are burnt some way north of Rattay. Cinders of the gods?
I would explore the area (I think it’s near the location where you find the merchants daughter in the woods) and see if there’s anything there, but I’m currently at work. :(

Synders of the Gods could mean Pribitzlavitz church that has been burned down before the Bandits arrived.

@@samchaleau Ah, the pagan Totems perhaps, always wondered if they may hold more significance than just being there... again all depends on the accuracy of the difficult to read script. Need a higher resolution copy.
There is a broken totem near there with a little pouch in it. I couldn’t interact with it though.

Finally playing KCD with mods and am having a great time with it….But how many times do I have to play the game before we get official news of the sequel? I just wana get the sword back and kill the hell outta baldy 😔😔

Google translate is weird and sometimes doesn't recognise words within the text, but can translate them if you put them in separately. I fooled around with it and got this slightly different translation:

I'm inclined to trust this version of the last line, because it reminds of me of a bible reading from the Gospel of Luke that often accompanies Communion, where believers are given bread and told 'take, eat. This is my body. Do this each day in remembrance of me'. If the note is intended to point towards a location in the game it might be a church or the monastery. It might be worth looking near altars for more clues due to the possible reference to communion.

I have been looking for ages whilst just playing the game. There is a structurally sound and in tack totem pole just out side terasa mill. At the base of the castle on the way to the other millers mill. Then there is a second totem pole burn down and only a head on the mound just north of the balladonna patch, (On the way to the horse stud farm. It is reasonably hard to find this one as it is in the woods not far from the bandit camp in the area). Both of these are close to the tavern so i think reasonable that some devotee may be complaining about the destruction. However i could not find anything that was illuminating. Is this mound forest the highest point in the area? It must go close. So i have not found the answer.
You know.. I just installed the game and I've got a Reading 20 Henry.. I'll see if I can find something.

Hi ya Roxy! 👋🐈 Wow... what a discovery. As others have commented, this makes me want to shake the cobwebs off of KCD. As I have had to stop in-house ($87 per month) internet service, all that I can do is just shake the KCD CD 😢
KCD for Xbox1, the MS of Xbox, requires internet service to operate. However, Xbox360 does not require internet yet KCD is not reverse compatible.
A bummer in the summer and a splinter in the winter.

Im honestly kinda dissapointed that there hasnt been a hinted announcement or some sort for a sequal. This game realy cathed me and i remained loyaly attached for a very very long time. I think they realy made a mistake here since the game was taken with so much love
I couldn't have said this better myself. I don't understand it either. Even from a business perspective, they have so many people emotionally attached. It seems like giving up halfway through a race that they've already won. Disappointed is the right word.

It's been confirmed that Kingdom Come 2 is the next game from Warhorse. A voice actor leaked it when they posted on social media about a character they play in the game with the #kingdomcome2 and it got deleted pretty fast. According to some the game is very deep in development and it's going well. Possibly a reveal at the games event this December with a release date next year.
I can help. I can read Latin but the problem (other than the low res texture) is the text you posted is just gibberish and there's no way someone actually managed to translate it into anything.

The phrasing “go to the cinders of the gods” really reminds me of some of the Easter Egg clues in Battlefield 1 that leads to unlocking the Peacekeeper sidearm, maybe we need some of their Egg Hunter team in on this, they’re always ruthless at solving mysteries

Don't know if you know, don't know if it's the same in the English version aswell, but there is a little hint for when kcd2 could take place: in the German version of kcd at the intro at the beginning which gives some context about what's happening, the narrator says at the end "Und das ist wo meine Geschichte beginnt", "and that is where my story begins" .
The clue is that he's saying that in the voice of an old man (not the young voice of Henry)
If this translation is right this kcd2 why henry was sent to trosky to recive a writing from a man.
It reads like song lyrics. Maybe a black metal/ death metal song due to the apparent anti-religious stuff, though not necessarily. It reminded me of an old Nick Cave song a bit, but it doesn't really match. Bear in mind that the literal English translation might not match directly to the original lyrics- e.g. the first line could also be 'Worthless. How lucky I am'. or something similar. I reckon one of the devs slipped a reference to a song they liked into the game.
Where it says 'syndurs' did you mean 'cinders'? I googled 'syndur' and the only thing that came up was an Icelandic word meaning 'able to swim'.
I found the bit in the Latin text where is says 'Syndursios' and put it into Google Translate. It came out as 'Swindlers', so that line probably actually means 'I urge you to go to the swindlers of the gods'. If it is a song it might also be originally in Czech as well.

I wish we knew what Warhorse was waiting for with releasing the second part of the story. It's a pretty odd business model to capture tons of fans like this who are committed and emotionally invested in your product, only to leave them all in the dark without any news of the future of the game. I'm very disappointed in Warhorse's failure to at least acknowledge the community's voice in this. It's like they quit the race early even though they're winning.

Dude.. careful what you say in Latin, its an ancient language known more when man was closer to god and divinity/perfection, consider the power frequency has over everything we know about our universe and Latin is an ancient frequency, i think everyone should be careful speaking it, especially while holding a quartz pointer or 'Wand' as theyre mostly referred as, Its said the quartz pointer amplifies our energy and according to witchcraft stuff, if you shed negative thoughts while aiming the pointer at someone you can curse them with that negativity.
