I find I can easily hang in the squeeze chimney at my gym, but can't generate any real upward movement. Its so hard when there's no real room to bend the knees. You all make it look so easy! Any tips?
That sounds a lot like the Chimney in this video set. Technique is going to vary widely depending on the crack size, flared vs parallel, climber size etc etc. For those really tight squeezes it often comes down to figuring out how to make consistent small movements. Also keep in mind that for a really tight squeeze its good to exhale when you want to move 😁
Thanks for the free class. Was a pretty decent series. P.S. The music was too loud and was annoying. If it was quieter could have made all the video's better. I do understand there was gym background noise from people. But y'all probably could have edited the noise out with some effort. Still love the content though :)
Thanks for making this series, I learned a bunch!
Really enjoyed the series, thank you guys ^^
Wow! Awesome series! I learned so much!!! Thank you!
Man, I wish this gym was near me. I’m both intrigued and horrified of squeeze chimneys...
Where is the gym?

Are there plans for this? I want to build this thing in my garage!
The guys over at Quality Adventure LLC built this crack wall. Hit them up, they can probably help answer questions! www.qacustomvans.com/

Or maybe it is a skinny chimney. Who’s to say?
