Working out daily ( I prefer mornings as well) does so much for well being...strong bones, good posture, maintaining muscle mass, hormone balance,sleep cycles and more...I've been doing daily workouts for 44 years...I turned 74 last week and feel soooo good❤
Thank you so much for sharing these habits, they are great for becoming a better version of ourselves. I would also add to take breaks from screens and spend time outdoors, enjoying nature. Stay connected with loved ones by reaching out and maintaining strong relationships. Many other good habits are beneficial for self-love or a glow-up. I always hated working out in the mornings. My husband has been doing it for years. Well, I am expecting my second child and wanted to take extra care of my physical and mental well being while growing baby, so I do prenatal Pilates in the morning every morning. And while I hate to say he was right, he totally was. I feel so good and it only takes me 15-20 minutes first thing in the morning. Also, when I miss a day, I feel it and miss it. ❤
Good video, loft not to load to me. I to have taken on the mindset of doing what I don’t want to do first so I don’t procrastinate, but I’m still struggling with sticking with it.
