You need to developed a team "muster"...a muster is a all hands on deck ,short meeting(usually about 15min)........and usually happens 15minutes after the last employee is scheduled in.....you can do it right in the common lot...... You go over the priorities of the day, safety and security issues....things that ALL team members need to be aware of.and things in the making ( in a general manner)..... It also gives you the opportunity to recognize individual achievements, birthdays, New babys, time at the co...etc.....
