@ There is more to it than money, it's ignorant to think that way. Some people don't have the skills required to manage and operate a business and there's also the desire. For a lot of people, being able to switch off at the end of the day and not have to worry about the stress and pressure that comes with running a business is priceless.
You won't understand until you've tried it yourself but being the one in charge isn't about being skilled in that industry, it's about being able to manage people that are skilled. Yianni is the epitome of that as he can't wrap yet owns one of the most successful wrap businesses in the game.

Completely agree with what you said about the stress, interacting with people all day, arranging things, scheduling and being under pressure being much more tiring that manual labor. For me working a 12 hour day filled with stress and headaches is infinitely harder than literally digging for 12 hours.

Yianni showed what a true boss should act like. Greeting his staff, making sure everything is good, and then working with the new Spanish guy to keep his job.
Additionally, Mark and Nico showed why Yianni gave them an ownership stake in Yiannimize. Those guys coming in at 3 a.m. and working until 6 p.m. or later.
yianni i know how you feel , i worked for a major retail store in the heart of london only a street away from the bank of england , i know how stressful it is , once your day comes to a end then jumping on the train home that was a nightmare but once i got off i always had my little boy waiting for me who was 6 months at the time , but know i am paralysed being disabled and diabetes catching me up with 4 injections a day with blood all with one hand working .... i sit up in bed typing with one finger only working so know exactly how you feel. anil.

A long day like that consistent through out with work and progress is what it's about!
I'm a personal trainer here in Australia and my days are so inconsistent, up at 4am, home for 10-11am - back in at 3-4pm until roughy 7-8pm.
The contrast of rest/work throws me out of putting 100% into one or the other.
