Pokémon Horizon is interesting. I am glad Liko isn’t overpowered just by being the new protagonist. I am very interested with Dot’s story, I’d honestly be surprised if Dot is the leader of the explorers (using Penny from Scarlet and Violet game as reference). I love Captain Pikachu (it can never beat Ash’s Pikachu) but I like the more aggressive/tactical battling style using Double Team on Liko and Roy while using Thunderpunch on Amethio’s Ceruledge.
Overall this story was good, and I can’t wait to see who Dot is?

I think that Friede´s original plan was for Charizard to train Sprigatito and Fuecoco but in the scene where Liko and Roy were asking for help with their training you can see that Captain Pikachu overheard the conversation. And that´s why he was the one that trained them instead.
Captain Pikachu is so cool, sprigatito and fuecoco is a cute pokemon 🐈🍃🍃🌱🐊🔥
Lovlow not beeing Nidothing makes sense as the voice of Nidothing is distinctly feminine.
Nidothing is Iono, I'm calling it RN.

Friede is slowly becoming what I was expecting of Ash. The experienced voice with a mix of that personality we loved of Ash.

I'm pretty sure the terms bitter and spicy existed before Scarlet and Violet lol

I'm glad Liko & Roy's battle prowess are starting to get slightly better bit by bit; albeit it would've been slightly better if either had learned a different typed move, that way at least they could do some form of damage if they fight Amethio again; as the Ghost/Fire Ceruledge against Sprigatito & Fuecoco won't be threatened by the two with their new revealed Normal-type moves.
I will be very curious to see how many Pokémon they actually catch. I have a feeling everyone's teams will remain quite small in Horizons
@@EliteTrainerMark At the very least for Liko's sake, she should at least catch a pokemon that grants her flight to overcome & evade the Explorers with their air support (also at least that way she can travel to the airship if she ever gets separated)
Gotta say this series is really good. I thought i would be bumped out about ash being gone but i think im actually fine, though i will say i wouldnt mind if he had a proper send off but keep the open ending. Also can’t wait to see dot and maybe see if she owns quaxly then why is quaxly with roy with most of the promo art
I think the reason why quaxly is in the promo art is to showcase all the starters

Ufff, took me a while. But yeah, despite being pretty calm, this is nearly my favorite episodes so far. I really like how the relationship between Liko, Roy, and Fried is building up little by little. Now I'm very curious about Fried and Capt. Pikachu's backstory - and the Rising Volteccers in general. Just who are they? They are very strong: should we really believe they're just bodyguards for hire...
6/10, this was a nice episode to have after the Island Arc!

The Nidothing revelation gives me memories about Cassiopeia's true identity in Scarlet/Violet
I don't know how i came up to this conclusion but i think Dot may be related to Olympia the kalos gym leader because of the hair color and for the notes that are like prediction of the future where Roy looses the battle and, I mean, how could she know where rayquaza is? And last but not least all the videos that the main character watch are alwais releted to what they are doing like if she posted them to help them knowing what they needed in that moment. Or maybe I'm crazy.

I doubt it, seems they are going to do 6-8ep in each region then 1-2ep of rest/flying before going to next so we won’t see kanto again until around ep 54 or so and paldea even longer. Only way I see them battling SV rivals/teachers/gym leaders/elite 4/champions is a multi school tournament which would be great and held at different schools. I would love if dot does online classes for the alola school and the explorer kids do online classes for a school in galar or another region. Also if 1 or both where going after badges they would see Katy the bug gym leader first because there is still a order to them.

@@EliteTrainerMark I am happy with her just being apart of the crew and getting data/doing nidothing but I do think we will see more of her definitely when we go to the region her and Murdock are from which looks to be alola so hopefully that is the next region they stop at. My guess where everyone is from is friede kanto because charizard and pikachu, orla hoenn because of metagross, Molly any of the first four regions and ludlow no idea maybe alola because he looks like drampa.
I really think the first director didn’t want a main girl character just ash/goh but the higher ups said no their has to be a main girl character for all the girls watching then they just stuck her in scenes so she is there and put her in school to keep her busy and gave her a eevee because other poke girls got 1 and it’s the second mascot so why not. Then the second director came along on the galarian ponyta ep and tried to do what he could with them seeing all the eevee evos which could of been better and she should of got all the eevee evos and eevee stays a eevee and gmax moves copycat, swift, bite and iron tail. If anyone gets a eevee in HZ I want it to be friede with a hat, headband, scarf or googles. Also want Liko and Roy to get minun and plusel both having copycat then the other move’s different like plusel gets sing with Roy and fuecoco while minun gets helping hand to power up sprigatito. Then they get other Pokémon with the plus/minus ability so it works if they are battling together or separately.
I Hope there is a paldea league conference with ash ketchum returning using his pokemon left at oak's lab to be used at that league
Either Misty and Brock are way better teachers than we ever gave them credit for, or Ash is a really quick study when it comes to pokemon battles.
