First time I went to see Chuck Berry I didn’t have a ticket. The bouncer on the door at the Edinburgh Playhouse eventually let us in for a £5 each. We got in just as Chuck was going off stage doing that leg thing that’s so cool. I learned then that Chuck didn’t do encores. Not defeated we bought tickets for his next show, same place.
