    I picked up the ZR2 variant last month after many years of owning several Taco's. The engine power and suspension combo on the ZR2 is unmatched for a mid-size truck. The Chevy design team said hold my beer with this year's offering. However, ngl, all the tech in the truck does make me a little nervous. Time will tell I suppose.

    Ya, the price point is crazy good in today's market. I'm seeing some around me with some of the convenience packages on it under 40k. Also nice they keep adding options like now you can get an additional lift to be at the same height as the ZR2 or have remote start. Another thing as someone who loves to race offroad, the black front bumper that some people complain about being cheap I freaking love. You know how much it sucks to get paint protection on a bumper and still get it chewed up lol.

    • @PointShiftDrive
      @PointShiftDrive  Год назад

      The Bison is awesome from the factory! However, it all comes down to how you plan on using it. If you just do some basic low key overlanding, any trim can handle that. If you are looking to go off the grid, then even the Bison will eventually need better suspension, etc. So get what you can afford if you like the vehicle. Then plan on upgrading it over time as you finalize what you want to do with it. It might surprise you that you dont need all the extra stuff.
