      Thank you for your comment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to clarify the tightening torque, you can find out this information in the technical documentation for the repair of your car.

So, there is no need to compress the pistons back?... Am I understanding that correctly?... Thanks

Thank you for your feedback! There is a need to compress the pistons. Unfortunately, this video doesn't show this procedure. When doing this, it is necessary to open the cap of the brake tank.Best regards, Autodoc.

I work in a Local Garage, I'm new in this field about 2 months only. My Senior Workmate told me that German Vehicles during Brake Service, we shouldn't Press the Caliper Piston which causes the return flow of Brake Fluid and due to this ABS Unit get Locked; so we do many weird deeds to get ABS Unit at it's normal condition.
You Pressed the Caliper Pistons normally as we do with all Cars.
Please help me to understand this thing.
Moreover Lexus of Toyota, Check Engine Light comes ON if we Press Caliper Pistons.
Till now I didn't get an Opportunity to do this Experiment but I want to aware what is Truth behind.

Thank you for the feedback! It differs from car to car, so it is impossible to unite all German vehicles under this criteria, it mostly depends on the model. Best regards, Autodoc.

In your experience you faced any vehicle yet whose ABS Locked? just because of Pressing Caliper Pistons; back flow of Brake Fluid.

I've done that to benzes I've had wth just regular old ABS and a 2004, W211 with SBC.... I didn't get any check engine lights as a result of pushing pistons back into caliper in any of them. But that's the newest one I've had so far.

Thank you for your feedback! Brake pads should be replaced if they are worn out . In our videos we removed brake pads just to show our views the whole replacement process. Best regards, Autodoc!
