Nietono is godlike, I loved watching him in Smash 4, and shoutout to that one Evo where he did super well with Wario despite having like 1 week’s worth of Wario practice bc Pichu got nerfed right before the event

Shulk grabbing ledge is what caused it to 2-frame in the first place I'm pretty sure. There's some wacky things about the ledge grabbing animation and the hitbox for certain situations.
I used to watch neitono back in the brawl days, that dude is goated.

The hurtbox on the 2-frame includes the area of your ledgehang. That's why the f tilt hit.
I think shulk might've extended his arm into the ledge area since air slash ends in a weird position

An interesting thing i have found in the pika-Pichu matchup is that, because the rats' tjolts bounce at different heights, Pichu's tjolt can go beneath Pika's sometimes, making some weird interactions in neutral

Here's a pretty general list:
-Pichu is lighter, faster, smaller, and subsequently has shorter range
-Pichu's electric attacks typically do more damage and knockback than Pika's
-Pichu up-b does not have a hitbox, and I _think_ goes farther than Pika's (unrelated, why does up-b hurt Pichu if Agility is not an electric type move in Pokemon?)
-Pichu side-b does a ton of damage fully charged (they usually die if they miss an opponent though lol)
-Pichu down-b has less vertical range than Pika's (the cloud is lower), and I _think_ the bolt travels faster
-Pichu down-b also sends the opponent in the direction Pichu is facing when the bolt hits Pichu, while Pika's sends the opponent in the direction relative to which side of Pika they are on

Same. It's not easy to read the blue lines AND properly react in real time during actual game play
Blue line easy to see. You can also condition your opponent to DI in a certain way for you to read them.
Fun fact: pichu can technically never jv4, unless you use only non thunder based moves witch is possible but very hard.
Dang, maybe it's because I wasn't here for the beginning of ultimate, but Pichu is way more hype than Pikachu

Bair dtilt lightning loops are much harder to escape but much harder to perform, Karoegu does them really well and I would love to see Larry review him!
