Yes it is!! I learned that right away lol 😂 it hurt my lower back like crazy when I first started 2 years ago lol 😂 it still makes it little sore but not bad at all and it actually helps with back pain now lol 😂 ❤❤❤🎉

omg stop making it look so hard lol!! those are the easiest exercises and you aren't even doing them correctly, let alone the unnecessary 15 second breaks in between.
