      Sophie don't be obsess on making a lot of workout videos.
      There are so many that it is difficult to choose the right ones for every session.
      Can you make a video where you explain how to breathe correctly during each exercise?

      When I first started doing the full body workout, it had the first exercise and I was like, “What type of exercise is this!” it is so painful but it is worth it !

      Yes it is!! I learned that right away lol 😂 it hurt my lower back like crazy when I first started 2 years ago lol 😂 it still makes it little sore but not bad at all and it actually helps with back pain now lol 😂 ❤❤❤🎉

      you need to clench/squeeze/flex you glutes in order for it to work :)

    omg stop making it look so hard lol!! those are the easiest exercises and you aren't even doing them correctly, let alone the unnecessary 15 second breaks in between.
