- Community activists are stepping in to address a late-night shooting at a Detroit block party that left two people killed and 19 others injured over the weekend.
One thing that would help is citizens who are scared and fed up is fix up some of these neighborhoods and live close together with all your shopping stores and other businesses you need and have 24 7 neighborhood watch.

The problem with Detroit neighborhoods is there's not enough good home owners. Who lived in the house that organized this party? If you have homeowners who control their communities this wouldn't happen.
