Looks awesome mate! Doing the same job shortly and been looking at so many screws also on the Scrooz to see what would be applicable. What screws did you use for plywood to 90x45? Cheers
Thank you! I used the 8g x 32mm Countersink Bright Zinc Plate. I got 500 of them and that seemed to be more than enough, but I suppose it depends on the size of the shed.
I used BC/D Radiata plywood from Plyco.com.au - I got pretty lucky with the batch as there were not voids and the faces were pretty good. I did sand them down quite a bit to get the roughness off. Very happy I got 15mm plywood, was quite the workout putting them up but very happy now I can screw shelves and cabinets where ever I need and not have to worry about studs.
Hey, Great job on the lining. Just wondering did you remove the fly bracing to get the ply in? If so are you planning on reinstalling it or do you feel the shed's fine without it. I'm doing the same thing with my shed at the moment and I'm tempted to take out the fly braces - they're ugly and in the way.
They are so ugly, the builders seemed to think it wasn’t really needed, and in my opinion the fly brace is meant to stop the shed from racking and the walls lined with 15mm plywood would probably do just that, and maybe a little better.
Walls are looking good!
Thanks Josh! Look forward to the electrical work...not so much digging the trench.

How did ya fix the studs behind the metal beam?
Pre-drill through the metal beam, then screw through and into the timber.
Looks great. What kind of plywood did you use? What grade is it? Thanks 👍

@@RichmondWoodworks thank you 👍
It looks like Plyco is having a sale at the moment too, so good timing if you are looking.
How did you mount your wooden braces to the metal beams?
Pre-drilled some holes in the metal beams, then just wood screws into 90x45mm pine studs.
