    Hi, could you please share the performance with this cylinder. Like millage, pick up, sound.

    • @BrattyBiker
      @BrattyBiker  2 года назад +3

      Sure, yet to install and run. Will report back with a seperate video.
      Due to the agressive ports, I expect a mileage of 20kmpl but great performance.

  • @Anandkumar-hz8mn
    @Anandkumar-hz8mn 2 года назад +4

    Really a good work.
    A ported 4TL100 (as per the port dimensions of 4TL10) has a better acceleration than 4TL10.
    Please post a video about where they do lathe work, tinkering, painting and plating in a single place in Thamizhnadu if you find one (exclude the greedy restoration persons). I need a 'one-place-shop' where all are done in the same shop or same person/shopkeeper who takes responsibility of all these things, because I don't want to wander for all the bikes.
    One more important thing: please check with any lathe person whether is it possible to remove the liner/factory-sleeve completely and insert a new liner (instead of sleeving) in case of a TVS-SUZUKI cylinder, because my cylinder's inner sleeve as well as outer one are broken and the crack extends upto the snout, which is because the previous owner had given it to some inexperienced labour, for sleeving.

    • @BrattyBiker
      @BrattyBiker  2 года назад +1

      Thanks!
      Unfortunately, I am yet to find an all in one shop that does all the things you said. Everything has its own seperate place and seperate set of people.
      Regarding the sleeve, I think you can talk to Darshan directly about it, he'll be able to clarify your doubt properly.

    bro my rx135 4spped does 110-120 but with super vibrations and it cruses at 65-70 are there any ideas to make the crusing speed upto 80-85 and also its idleing is also a headache it incrweases with engine heating and reduces with cooling of engine is there any idea to make it more consistant btws it has been semi ported (exhaust port) and has a self made inbuilt chamber ........will appreciate any response😃

    • @BrattyBiker
      @BrattyBiker  Год назад +2

      No disrespect, but I think your chamber is mainly the culprit. Please use stock exhaust, use a stock block that's not ported, use 16 34 sprocketing, make sure your carburettor is OE without having any leaks or dirt as well & your issue will be solved :)

    Sir I'm converting 135 4 speed to 5 speed. I changed it to 5 speed cylinder but using the old head (4tl00). Is it okay to use the same or do I need to replace it asap?

    • @BrattyBiker
      @BrattyBiker  6 месяцев назад

      It's OK to use the same, but the 5 speed head will net you better performance as it is for higher compression.

    • @BrattyBiker

    For a new cast iron sleeve to be installed inside the original cast iron bored sleeve, what is the interfearance fit in microns?

    • @BrattyBiker
      @BrattyBiker  2 года назад

      Very good question, something I don't know the answer of. I think it depends on who is doing it on what block & what sleeve.

    • @pradeep809
      @pradeep809 2 года назад +1

      @@BrattyBiker I feel it should be between 0.035 upto 0.055 mm interfearance fit considering cast iron being prone to cracks under stress.

      No, it's made locally in India. Btw, Yamaha doesn't sell sleeves seperately, because it is not press fit, the cylinder is cast around the sleeve.
