house is amazing i wouldnt change a thing even the staging can stay . The 2 doors that walk outside into a brick wall was kinda strange but would not be a deal breaker
It might be the angle because the doors go outside to a very long turfed garden. It has a architectural granite wall that runs the length of the space.
I feel its a tad overpriced.... 11,000 sqft new construction ((51 Blackland Rd) was on market for 2 years, started around $7 million but finally sold for $4.8 million. and its like a mile away from this home.... I think the price should be around $5.5 million tbh

A 5.5 million home with zero backyard? Very beautiful home, but I wouldn't want to throw events in my front yard.
There actually is a yard in the back and private. It’s partially landscaped now but could double in size.
The list price is $6,995,500 on 1.49 acres.
The master bedroom's bed is in the wrong position. It is the worst position they could have chosen. It is inexcusable, and I mean that respectfully. It is an easy fix, though.
