It looked quite compact from the front, but when you get into the rooms and areas, it's absolutely massive and hugely functional. I love it. And now on to Erik. Man, that guy knows how to wear a jacket. He's definitely a no messing type of talker. He's so natural and confident when he's speaking. The level of information and detail he provides as he's walking through the house is just perfect too. Doesn't use any excessive or unnecessary words to describe anything, like many other tour guides, it's all very slick. Great job! And thank you, this is awesome.

Depends on the area. Homes this big are typically built out in the city exurbs where there's lots of cheap farm land. As long as you don't mind sitting in traffic for an hour or longer getting in and out of the city, you can live a posh life out there.
This home is in sandy springs so not too far from buckhead which is the luxury area of Atlanta. You can build this type of home only 15-30 mins outside of the perimeter.
Atlanta, even Buckhead, is incredibly cheap. What gets you 2,000 sq feet OFF water in Palm Beach or Jupiter gets you this mega mansion in Atlanta. Always makes me laugh when they act rich. Palm Beach has $200M homes, ATL doesn't even scratch $20M
That homes is so beautiful, I mean from the architectural style, inside rooms, lighting, and outside landscaping. Another pro athletic, especially basketball professional I would think would snap this home right up. Beautiful! 🏡
