The price point is absorbent even for tuxedo park you would expect a finished elevator,a pool and a finished terrace level, with a gaming area, a wine cellar, theater room, and possibly a kitchen
Beautiful home. Truly is. But do millionaires not wear clothes? Those closets are all so small and an unfinished basement that’s completely framed. For this price is crazy
It's a beautiful home with a good flow, but it leaves a lot to be desired. As mentioned by previous comments, the closets and basement need more attention for the price point.
WOW! This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. And to be located in Tuxedo Park! I feel like this is definitely a great deal. I am in LOVEEEE with that who balcony situation both on the main level and the primary bedroom
I noticed a LOT of comments regarding the unfinished basement/elevator/pool a good agent could negotiate the selling price to complete all of those items. or just buy a house that has it!!!
I usually do not complain I know I can't afford any of this at least for now lol. But I feel they are reaching on this one with the price, and I love the Atlanta homes slightly more than my Texas homes.
Love it. I would take it as is and put in my own elevator and basement finishes. A house his beautiful shouldn't be ladened with cheap builders grade elevators and whatnots. I would make it pop! Run the value up to 8milly!
Thank you for showing this home. It’s beautiful. And yo be able to create the basement into how you want it is a great option. You do a great job in shoeing the home and giving ideas as you show it. Great job.
I love the home my only take away is not enough closet space for me. I like to hang my clothes up not really into folding them unless they are in a drawer
Thank you for taking the time to showcase the lovely home, it is always educational to stay informed regarding the different homes on the market, layouts and the different concepts. This home is spectacular from outside and the pic immediately grabbed my attention. It also held my attention from the moment you entered, and l like where the staircase is placed and although it is large it appears homey vs a museum. I also like the unfinished basement b/c it is a blank canvas for the purchaser (Wives love a project). My only critue/s would be the 1st primary bedroom, it is way to small to be labeled a primary, there is NO tub in the bathroom, and unless, I got distracted and overlooked it, there is no wardrobe closet (If it is those 2 doors you opened with a view of the floor, they are way too small. The 2nd floor primary is very nice, I like the outdoor space and the privacy (You don't have to worry about being filmed or spyed on while in the tube or Bedroom. However, although there are 2 wardrobe closets, both are small for the price point/overall sq/ft. I find that to be a major turn off b/c when the project started as a blank canvas b4 any floorplans were created, the price point and sq/ft had to be considered. For such a large home, at a 7 figure price point, oversized his/her wardrobe should have been a given. For that reason alone, this would NOT be a keeper. Even with all that said, NO reflection, on you, and much appreciation to you for taking the time to showcase what's on the mkt!!!!
This is an amazing house and for it to be over $5 million dollars, I have a few problems. You cannot have a 5 million dollar house and a tiny master bedroom with a tiny closet. My second problem is none of the rooms actually have places where you can hang clothes up and the closets are entirely too small and it's an unfinished basement for 5 million dollars everything should be done
I agree with the last comment it's a beautiful house, but yes, the elevator should be in the basement should be finished plus the pool should have been done. Also, the closets in the secondary bedrooms really small. and I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be calling a counter extension a catering kitchen. Only thing there, was a sink no secondary appliance to cook with so not a kitchen. love the design and the lot.
Gorgeous home, love that it has an elevator. But for 4 million, the basement should be finished, swimming pool should already be in place, and the garage should be a tandem 6 car garage which means another vehicle should be able to park in front of or behind the vehicle already in place.
Not sure what any buyer would be paying this price here for… at $5 million no pool, unfinished basement, small closet spaces and horrible entrance (you are walking into a dining room, seriously)… what are developers thinking these days?!
5 million dollars for such a small space, Ikea furniture, and lots of unfinished areas on top of a tiny lot with street and traffic right outside. No thanks. Anyone with millions isn't going to live there.
Not worried about the house, you didn't build did. Your job is to sell it. Closets are small and the landscaping is just below normal standards. Basement is not finished but framed and there is no pool or anything but just a backyard. No elevator! For the people that are lost in the comments, this lets you know how expensive this house really is. Also, I think homes like this is going to be the luxury standard after seeing a ridiculously nice prep kitchen(I don't even cook). Heated marble floors, that was crazy. The camera skills combined with the instrumental soundtrack made me forget about the house a couple of times anyway. Keep up the good work!!
Great showing, thank you for uploading. I really like this, the uploaded photo before you click play catches your attention. Even upon entering, it,s large spacious but warm and homey, I love, where the staircase is situated, Sadly ya last me at 6:39 (Are ya sure that's a primary bedroom) Very disappointing, way to small and a poor allocation of space. No tub, and unless I blinked I missed a wardrobe closet. But we live in a society of build it and they will come, so I am sure there are many that will love it. Again, thank you for uploading.
maybe a little over priced with no pool, no finished basement, built out closets or extensive outdoor living. However the area and size could warrant the cost w/out the bells and whistles. With the build out this could easily be a 6-7mill home.
If you add drone shots, it will enhance your channel. I do agree that the closets are small for a multimillion dollar home. The owners can customize the basement as they wish, negotiations on the price after comparing the comps.
It's a very beautiful house but the architect didn't do this house justice. Didn't design for favorable clients. Huge closets are a must for homes of this magnitude.
I want ro knowledge god first who the head of my life and rhank him for life health and strength i thank u fir new mercy new grace and thankbu for the new house yes i want tj buy thus house tomorrow close the dill joyce Benson
$5+ million dollars!!!!! Where's the pool? Where's the full outdoor kitchen complete with a covered pergola? And for this high price why on earth is the basement not finished? And quartzite on counters??? For $5+ million dollars I better see marble and granite everywhere in that house. And no completed elevator!!! If I had millions sitting in the bank.... I would leave the United States. $2 million to buy my own island in the south Pacific or Caribbean and $1 million to build me a house and another million for a nice boat. Sure would not give that $$ to America!!!
I'm not going to lie; the bathrooms aren't giving 5 million dollar home. Nothing is really special or unique about this home in my opinion. You have to install your own custom closets as well.
The builder gives a credit to custom build your closets to your liking due to everyone's preferences and wardrobe requirements being different. Thanks for sharing your opinion and we appreciate you watching!
All of Georgia homes look alike. Boring. Cookie cutter. From the 200k-millions, the only difference is the size. The builders need to build modern homes like in Vegas, Dubai or New York. These country homes are an era so gone. Seriously, there's nothing about this home that screams 5M.
Lovely home---comfortable and elegant at the same time---Love the property and layout---Surprised for 5 million the basement didn't have basics done All in all it would be a home I could live in except for it being in Georgia
Beautiful home, but again for over 4 million, the elevator should be done, and the basement should be finished.
For real.....
And no pool at that price point either.
Right
None of the closets were finished, way over priced.
Half a$$ job fr
WAY OVER PRICED

The closest are small but it's a beautiful home.
Beautiful home
Very beautiful home, but not worth nowhere near $5M. With all the unfinished work I’d put it at $1-1.5M. $5M is laughable!!!!
I was thinking the very same price-point. These builders must love sitting on their inventory.
@ Exactly!!!! They think do the bare minimum is going to get them large profits!!! Only a fool would pay $5 Million for that house!!!
WOW! This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. And to be located in Tuxedo Park! I feel like this is definitely a great deal. I am in LOVEEEE with that who balcony situation both on the main level and the primary bedroom
Definitely a big highlight of this home! ❤️

Sorry cannot agree with that. I think the walk through is terrible. Why look in the fridge and a empty closet in the kitchen. Reallt awful

I'm glad you like it
The windows, make the whole home come together
Agreed!
I noticed a LOT of comments regarding the unfinished basement/elevator/pool a good agent could negotiate the selling price to complete all of those items. or just buy a house that has it!!!
That WHOLE PART!
That Primary is way to small for a 5M house that looks like a New York 2nd bedroom in a luxury apartment
lol I said the same thing I've seen homes in the hood with bigger primary suite than that...I'm obsessed with large bedrooms that is a must for me
I usually do not complain I know I can't afford any of this at least for now lol. But I feel they are reaching on this one with the price, and I love the Atlanta homes slightly more than my Texas homes.
That backyard would be nice to have a backyard wedding!
Definitely!

Beautiful home; Closets are underwhelming; The price should include finishing the basement. Lower level is absolutely breathtaking.
Understandable. Glad overall you enjoyed the home. Thanks for sharing!
So well built. Gorgeous. Giving Texas a run for their money on a few listings I see.
The Atlanta area definitely has some amazing properties! Thanks for watching!😊
@@RealPropertyTours4K Are there homes with acreage?

I did this homes garage floor epoxy and flake system, there is another new home across the street

@@RealPropertyTours4K Noted, thank you for the clarification, but I am curious, are there wardrobe closets in that primary bdrm??
Not bad but would definately have to add in a pool and outdoor living space.

Love the video, but for the price the light switches should have been upgraded.

I noticed that too! It’s the little details that elevate a house.
This is my home.

For almost $5 mil and the basement is not even finished.............shiidddddddd!!!!
Beautiful home! What paint color was used for the interior walls in common areas?
Not sure
If you add drone shots, it will enhance your channel. I do agree that the closets are small for a multimillion dollar home. The owners can customize the basement as they wish, negotiations on the price after comparing the comps.
Thanks for the tips!
I love this home my only question is where are the custom made wardrobes
The builder is allowing the future buyer a credit to customize to their preference.
For the price, closets are small and the basement should have been finished.
Way overpriced,no pool, basement not finished, elevator not in place, very small closet and no wow factor in the primary bedroom. Not worth that price.
Thanks for sharing!
4mil for those small walk in closets
Agree
Just wondering do the home come with the furniture for the price
Everything is negotiable!
What’s up with toggle switches for $5M?
Asking for over $4 million for this house, and the closest spaces are lackluster and unfinished, empty elevator shaft?? The audacity. 😂
For that size house the master closet is way too small. Nice house though. I wouldn’t turn it down!
No shelving in the closet!!
WTF are people not installing tubs anymore?
lol right it's elderly people and disable people they need a tub my child is disable she hates showers a tub is a must for her
should have a pool for that amount of money though the house is beautiful.
I appreciate you taking the time to enjoy the tour!
It's a very beautiful house but the architect didn't do this house justice. Didn't design for favorable clients. Huge closets are a must for homes of this magnitude.

Home is great but for the price a second full size fridge/ phantom screens/pool and media room would of been worth the price. Yet home is gorgeous
Thanks for watching!
BEAUTIFUL HOME , BUT IT IS OVER PRICED

Awesome home. But for $5MM, I dont want to be nowhere near my neighbors. Such a disappointingly small lot. Great house otherwise.
Not a fan of the dining room, looks like you drug a pergola in the house. I DO,however, love the floors!!
Thanks for sharing!
5 million for no pool, wardrobe closets the size of water closets, and an unfinished basement? You'd have to be a fool to pay that.

Remove this home from Chastain Park 2 million tops...pricing is very ambitious
tiny closet and too unfinished for the price but beautiful. not worth the money
Nice house. Wayyyyyyyy over-priced.
Why no bathroom space on the basement level? Who wants to run all the upstairs for that?
It does have a bathroom space and its labeled in the video. Thanks for watching!
The lighting, plumbing and millwork packages are all very underwhelming. The master bed , bath and closet could be in most 500k homes.
Tiny and awkward dining space, too large a home to furnish and maintain, lots of wasted space.
Thanks for watching!
Not worth 5 mil
For 5 million the basement is not done? Waste of money
