The sweet and spicy mustard is so good in those turkey wraps. I like to use chopped romaine lettuce as well to add food volume and some crunch

Hey Joey, I would recommend getting your shoulder checked out by a doctor. I was having a lot of chronic shoulder pain when I worked out and I decided to get it checked out turns out that I had distal clavicular osteolysis commonly referred to as "weightlifter's shoulder" and if not treated properly can lead to arthritis. I saw you had the same bump where the lower trap meets your upper back if its tender to touch then chances are you might have this development. Just a recommendation because I want to keep seeing you succeed. Awesome video keep killing it!

I do notice you eat a lot of junk food in your meals. Lots of inflammatory foods which I stay as far away as possible. But you did look good on that before picture.
I was wondering since you talk a lot about working out, do you even care what you eat vs making sure you eat enough?
I try to eat about 60%-80% clean but don’t worry too much about it
