I have to put in both headphones at top volume, and even then sounds softer than regular conversation. For example…Put mics on both your shirts or closer to your mouth, get a bigger mic…or a mic if you don’t have one. Adjust the level of your outgoing audio while editing. I have perfect hearing according to recent tests, nor do I have congestion in my head or ears. I have to be in a silent room as well to hear you guys talking. Thanks from all your viewers! 😊
They definitely don't have a proper mic, but they really should. Good video and very well presented, but the audio is horrible. Good video though guys, thanks!
Do you have any recommendations for exercises to decrease pain once the tendon is already inflamed? Everything here would be somewhere between excruciating and impossible once my sesamoiditis is triggered
Most of these exercises make sesamoiditis worse during a flare up.
Especially one leg stands and calf raises for me
