The reminder about how if you to follow all the way into the pose can be discouraging so it's nice that you put in the fact it's okay if we can't also- the breathing reminders is super helpful as someone who gets distracted lol ❤️
This was perfect ❤ I was able to take my beach cruiser out for a ride this morning. Recovery from that was a bit rough and I did this after I could sit up again. Felt great. It helped bring my heart rate down a bit too and I’m less dizzy than before. Thank you so much 😊
I'm so glad I found your channel! I have been having a really tough time with being super dizzy recently so moving my body has been the last thing on my mind. not only have I been able to finish every video I've watched, I feel a bit better after them too! I really appreciate these videos so much ❤❤

I am not diagnosed with POTS but i do have a lot of the symptoms and it does interfere with day-to-day life, so I'll be trying to do this everyday! Hopefully my symptoms can be improved :) i'll update in about a month.
@@goosepaw5156 unfortunately i was not able to stick it through last month (adjusting to changes in schedules & got sick) but i plan on starting again next week!!
@instant_mint im doing another video now but it has a lot of the same stretches!! I think keeping my body active definitely helps a lot i have less dizzy spells through the day

Do you have any specific videos for pregancy yoga for people with POTS?
I don’t I’m afraid. It’s too complex to do a general video but I do offer online 1:1s for those with POTs who are pregnant 💖
