I heat the knife up and close the end off by cutting so the heat seals the bag just like your hack to cut down the ziplock bags. I like these ideas too !
I was confused to begin with as am British and thought you were talking about frozen cut potatoes which we call chips! I then realised it was for what we call crisps 🤣 but whatever we call them, great ideas x
It is actually a bag of grocery store popcorn. Same type of bag.
triangle, triangle, fold down once or more, clothespin or binder clip. cheap and easy.
I have some of the last ones you showed…love them!
A clothespin works perfect if you let air release as you close.
I got a pkg of cheap clothes pins and fold the corners down to make an point then fold the top over and clip it..
I have 2 sets of those plastic closures. They are amazing & the enlarge of works on the family size badge of chips by folding in on one side of the bag that you are starting to slide it onto & it goes on easy. Love, Love, Love Them
I use the "Grip-Stiks" and they are AMAZING! Nothing else like them to keep chips fresh until you finish the bag!

I love the slide on clips but at $23 for them, they will stay with Amazon.
I have my own chip bag trick. Lol I offer a friend some chips out of the bag that I'm holding at the base of the bag while directing the opening to my friend. When your friend reaches into the bag, you've got to gracefully and skillfully lower the bag away from your friends grasp while keeping their hand in the bag to get the treat. I call it chipbagging. One friend was so focused on grabbing some chips that I got the bag down almost to the floor before I heard HEY WHAT THE?!!! Lololol 🤣 try it
have you tried a straw from fast food restaurants for experiment cutting the straw and slipping over the bag of chips like the GRIPSTIC Bag Sealer to see if it works like the GRIPSTIC Bag Sealer

lol - downy softener: my bottle for project was in the kitchen and the lid had come loosen, well, not sure when it got turned over but oh what a mess!!!! It sure made a nice clean smelling floor after it was cleaned up … 😂
I cut a couple inches of the bag as the contents go down. Less bulk and less air.
Could I use a milkshake (bigger diameter) straw instead of a grip stick? I might try to cut a straw and see what happens.

Those green bag sealers were invented by a man in New Zealand. I’ve been using them for years and they come in multiple lengths. They’re brilliant.
I use a wood clothespins.
OH HECK YEAH!!!! I'm going to teach this to my husband and my sons TODAY!!! They all have their own special treats because they all have different tastes and I run out of clips, PLUS I'm always having to go behind them and fix the blame bags cuz they don't close them up worth a crap!!!! LOL, THANKS Andrea, my house really needed this one 😅 🤣

Something wrong. That’s vinegar & salt… and there appears to be popcorn in bag.
