Biggest tip he showed but didn't mention is getting ur hips under their hips when pulling them in for the lift - otherwise they will pin (make them self heave by connecting their elbows to knees) connect their hands n begin to body lock pass. U need to be smooth n fast here
Why is the top guy crossing his legs after being elavetad? Is it to prevent a x-guard entry? Without Ukes behaviour the leg entry would be much more difficult to acomplish - so there must be reason. Does anybody know?
