Hi Brandon. I have a solid gi game and now trying to understand no gi leg entries beyond a foot lock. I’ve watched A LOT of videos on other methods and this is hands down one of the best. Top job.

Thanks man! Most importantly, I’m glad you are finding some value! Good luck in adding leg locks to your game. It’s really a lot of fun once you get the hang of it

The ashi entry has always been my favorite. As a light featherweight I've always had to commit 1000% to elevations from butterfly, so when I would launch someone too far, extending the near leg and entering into ashi has always been gravy. I try to immediately reap to go to an outside heel hook, works even better when your butterfly leg stays behind their kneepit, so they can't back step/running man

Mr. McCaghren - pretty sure I heard you on the ADCC broadcast! Great job, stopping by your gym and having you and your team work me over in rolls is on my bucket list of rolling adventures.

Is that a single x guard transition from the butterfly start?

What do you do if people are insisting everything thing they do is Jiu Jitsu but they never had a Jiu Jitsu match or practice jiujitsu and put chemicals on your clothes?
