@@manusiaklon2164 you’ll see the blockade from a mile away the dude could’ve turned and went another direction but a spike strip gets him closer first which closes the gap
No, it would have still been much more effective to damage his wheels.
@@Wusyaname_ Yes, it would've, but thats the thing about spikes, they can be used for more than just wheels, they can be used to deter suspects from certain locations or going certain routes.
@@manusiaklon2164 Because a blockade is a lot messier and takes a lot more time. A blockade is hardly ever used anymore as it can be dangerous to the officers. The suspect could easily ram through the blockade or something of the sort, and it causes traffic to be backed up. A blockade is normally only used in video games. Even though the suspect is on a motorcycle it still could be dangerous for the officers because if the suspect has a gun then those officers are sitting ducks.

Tip of the day, never let the camera man know what you are doing I guess 👀🤷🏾♂️
The execution is not wrong, the goal wasn't necessarily popping his wheels, it could've been to stop the rider from going through that road.
Edit: since people can be so dense, imagine you're getting chased by a police car, and a cop blocks the road with a tire deflator, what happens when you halt and decide to turn back?
What does that have to do with that exact road? Well, what if the police for whatever reason, can't get in the rider's way from that direction, The solution? To try and block his way, if it disables his vehicle, then hooray, if it doesn't and he can't pass, then it's good enough, it's a win win
What are you on? You can't say any of that lol. "Could've" is such a broad thing to grasp when all you have is a video, it sounds like you're excusing this clown of a failed cop. I wonder of they're after him because his bike might be too loud. Europeans are literally a joke...
