That smoker is awesome 👌 love the spring loaded damper, I use those on all my direct heat smoker dampers so they keep their position while opening and closing the top lid.
Great Video I recently did a spatchcocked chicken and my though was todays chickens are so big 6lbs. Like a small turkey, not the same Ole chicken flavor, I thought I would look for smaller chicken to test flavor difference. Not knowing much about chickens you enlightened me. New Rule no chicken over 4 lbs, you made that clear.
My mouth was drooling watching those birds Dripping I mostly smoke pork 🥩 🥩 and fish 🐟 🐟 but definitely going to try chicken 🍗 🍗 where can I find those hangers you use liked and subscribed 👍Aloha
