This sounds much better. I am looking to work right away. I have been teaching 25 yrs in ESL primarily but I am new to the online world since COVID has mandated public school teachers teach from home. I have a Master's of Ed in ESL. I find your videos very genuine. I feel others persuade towards VIPKID for commission which is not really fair.

Hi ! I am going through the application process. There they said that if I make a demo video and upload it on RUclips and share the link with them then they will review it but I am unable to figure out how to share the link ? Can you help me in this respect ? Or I should record the video on the same page where I uploaded my resume ?
