I think the spending for AI will spike and then goes down in 1 year. The 500 $ price is reasonable imo. But it is very hard to time trending stocks.
I dunno, after SUCH growth, it seems way too risky to me 🤔

Does the software report historical values (revenues, profits, cash, debt, etc...) in real terms, i.e. adjusted for inflation? Isn't 2-3% the growth of the US economy in real terms, (nominal would be more in the 4-5%)?

Great video Jimmy! A few questions. Are you including the value of the balance sheet in these valuations? Do you take into account share-based compensation into the FCF numbers? Also, where can we personally find those analyst estimates for FCF on the internet?
One more thing, it might be great so see the actual market estimate for WACC, so that we can compare to the used discount rate. Thankyou again for a great video!

I think 600-700 price gives a good margin of safety at a 25 forward pe which is very conservative for a company growing earnings 20% per quarter

The time to analyse NVDA was 9 years ago Jimmy. The train has passed now.
He's saying fair value is about 600. That supports a short on this stock, not a long. Since he doesn't short, I'm assuming Jimmy stays away. Why not analyze now to see how frothy valuations are? This one stock can take entire world markets down with it if it sells off.
I don't disagree with you mate, you're right. But we all know how frothy the valuations are with interest rates at 5.25% and average PE of the the S&P500 at 26 or so. Wouldn't it be more interesting to analyse a small cap stock with good valuation and upside potential?
