NVidia noise reduction in my case works very bad. Better is default CPU noise reduction. Do I doing something wrong?

I tried it with HyperX Quadcast with only changing EQ and I am happy with the sound.

Yes, you can.
You can download a easy set-up of cable virtual driver and you're good to go. Make sure to select "cable output device$ in game 'input source'.
