Shoutouts to Watch for great translation I know the Diddy thing was a meme, but Japan does think very highly of Seph(around top 10). Bunch of top JPN players have pocket Sephiroths, and ofc they have KEN and Rizeasu.

These things are hard to get right, even with translators or interpreters it's essential to prepare clear simple questions beforehand, so the translator is ready to work.
Shout out to Pink Fresh for addressing Ashimo directly ("Do YOU think...") rather than "Does HE think," it's a small thing but goes a long way to make a better connection, and I don't blame the other interviewers for not doing it. But it's the best way to utilize a translator, saying what you wanna say instead of saying "ask him this question for me" etc. EDIT: Actually, almost all the interviewers did this too at one point. I commented while watching second half of the vid.
Truth. These guys just don’t have a lot of experience talking via a translator, I’m sure they didn’t mean any disrespect. Overall great Invitational and great interview.
