You don’t lol but on the other side if you like it and want it their is absolutely nothing wrong with getting it even if you have every plugin in the world.
Not sure if I needed saturation in a mastering eq. I mean it's a cool idea but nothing ground breaking. The AMEK 250 and SPL PQ mastering EQs has similar features and the Auto listen function on that is a lot faster when going through the freq bands. I'm sure this one is great as I have a few other Kiive plugins but there's overlap with these plugins.
@@whitenoisestudio I agree. This isn’t a knock against Kiive but there is great competition (and for less money in some cases). I have taken a position of not faulting these manufacturers for creating the plugins but I like to call out when there is better value out there.
Cool video! Interesting that Kiive went directly to compete with Acustica, they also realesed an Focusrite Blue Mastering Eq. I would go for the Kiive, acustica stuff is like using plutonium, so much cpu and latency.
Analog Obsession have a great mastering EQ that’s not modeled after nothing but sounding good. Idk like the guy mentioned in the comments. All of these different plugins is getting old there’s really no reason to keep purchasing expensive plugins unless it’s totally game changing. Tomorrow it’ll be another new plugin and another and another and another. I have to admit I love plugins and own my fair share but now all we’re getting now is refried versions of the same shit over and over. I love you videos but I’m definitely not in the market for any more. I’ll continue to use what I have to get the results I want and need.
Kiive is turning into what Brainworx used to be, which is fun and functional hardware emulations. Thanks, Marlon!
you are doing a great job man. straight on the point and the mind is on himselv. true man!!!
Exciting. I can actually hear the differences in the video.
That’s good.
Kiive Audio Rules! Awesome plugins!
Great contrast, the high end is really crisp I love your videos and vibes....Keep it up...
Great Video!!! Kiive M5133 vs Acustca Zaffre. Its also a Focuseite Blue mastering eq
Kiive has been killing the game, i wouldn't mind if they released a new plugin every week.
So this and Acustica newest releases both on Focusrite Blue. All these companies are working together or sharing/leasing code I swear lol.
Buying it to show u some love
Just when Acustica released their version
Not sure I really need it…

Ofcourse there will be overlap, but you have to look at it per brand. Competition is good :-)

@marksaxon you’re absolutely right!

I dont think they set out to compete with the Acustica release, developing a plugin takes too long for that.
@@whitenoisestudio Yes, I was more on the keeding side. But would you do a comparison video?

C’est pas qu’on manque d’EQ!!!On en a plein les ssd de tous ces trucs !Ils sonnent quasiment tous pareils…
Having the LMF above the HMF is a bit nutz .. and a bit off-putting.
Another Q3 with knobs 😂
