This song is the arranged version of the OP theme in said game (composed by the same artist If I'm not mistaken, and yes, this theme was not composed by ZUN), which was played as the ending theme in the Hakurei Shrine (after a gruesome battle with the final boss).
Arrangements of this particular theme are rather scarce, unfortunately. These are the only arrangements which are currently known, I'd recommend giving them a listen as well, especially the orchestra :

Interesting tidbit - If memory serves, I believe the theme this arrangement is based on is an arrangement of a theme from the first Kara no Kyoukai. I believe the composer is the Japanese group Kalafina, of which notable composer Yuki Kajiura is a member. However, I could be pretty wrong on this.
