Just finished this anime, both anime and light novel are so underrated. Of all anime that I had watched I'd say Kara no Kyoukai is very unique it has its own charm. If anyone already finished this anime I'd recommended playing Tsukihime visual novel next it's parallel universe written by the same guy, you'll see the similarity/reference both of them .

tbh every nasu's MC is underrated except for kiritsugu. like emiya is good in VN, shiki thono has an interesting development towards his view of people live, ryougi shiki has some kind of unique development, aoko is a rare well written FMC and thats only the MC not including a well written heroine or side character like, arcueid, sakura, touko etc

It is now one of my all-time favorite series ever. Yuki Kajiura crafted a masterpiece of a theme for Ryougi Shiki. You can feel the sorrow, pain, tension, and finally beauty in the progression of the piece. The piece is Shiki, a terrifying yet dazzling existence. It never failed to inspire me to see Shiki's journey as a character and as an idea. Many people consider this story very tragic and dark, I would say yes it is. However, it's the beauty and hope that you see that shines over everything else. That's what this piece is to me.

9 years later I'm watching re-watching KnK (I was 16 years old back then, too young to understand & forgot most of it) and holy shit it's amazing. Shiki is so badass
tbh i currently watch this anime story a bit confused me, but this anime realy good you know.. Specialy heroine(maybe) Shiki.
@@Kirisuna25 I suggest watching it in chronological order and not by release date! That's how I watched it. I also looked up the summary for each movie after I finished so i don't get lost haha :)
