I know this is an old video but I had to post this positive comment. I've had issues for years with sciatica and related pain caused by sports related disc issues. My most recent injury occurred approximately two years ago and took me out of much of sport. This stretch alone has not cured me. However, utilizing sciatic flossing techniques, cats pose, child's pose, and this stretch in particular have lead to the recent improvement of my condition. I currently feel better than I have in a long time, and this stretch, which can be passively held for a long time, resulting in an effective and deep lengthening of the tissues, is likely a big reason why. I recommend anyone with similar issues use this stretch, with caution, and see if it can help you as well. Thanks for making this video.
