I did tutor mode for the most part during the first half to first 3/4 of my studying. Then towards the end when I wanted to practice timing, I went straight through.
Hey, I don't understand what you would typically be looking for in the browse function (little context-I've never used Anki before, but it helped going through a couple of small decks like Duke and Pepper before step 1). Let's say you got a question incorrect about Staph superantigen-so what would you add in the browse section, and what extra info would you make a card out of? Could you please explain with an example?
Yeah, for that I would go to browse and type in "superantigen" and look for any relevant cards that highlight the key learning point, but if none are satisfactory, then I would make my own card based on Uworld!
Great video!!! how do you approach questions? like last sentence first, top to bottom, etc
Almost always I read the question first, then I read the passage from top to bottom
does it make sense to buy uworld at the beginning to prepare for step 1? Or should we start with first aid to understand?
How did you decide whether or not you were going to do 40 with tutor mode vs just going straight through and reviewing after all 40?
I did tutor mode for the most part during the first half to first 3/4 of my studying. Then towards the end when I wanted to practice timing, I went straight through.
Great, and when you go about answering questions do you read the entire vignette first? Or glance at the question asked and then fish the vignette?
@@TheNightwing133 I always read the question first!
Was your structure with STEP 1 studying similar to STEP 2?
Yes it was similar! I made separate videos on STEP 1 and STEP 2 if you want to know my exact structures!
