With all the travel and eating videos and constant moving around it can be hard to live a healthy lifestyle so starting in July we have decided to try and become more active and take up running to get fit and work off all the food we have been eating and what better place to have nice nature trail runs than Killarney national park, we also met an old Filipino friend for lunch in the town

I make the same breakfast and add onion and garlic on my eggs. Avocados here in California are getting expensive. In the Philippines they are very large while ours are very small. There's a wonderful Irish singer Meadbh Walsh and you should see her in a pub or a venue of some sort.

The eggs in UK And Ireland are much harder shells than in the Philippines. I noticed that when I got back to the U.K.
I use a knife to crack my eggs, much cleaner edge.

Tom , walking is as good as running if not better. It's easier on the joints and you'll more likely to continue through out your life...30 to 40 minutes 3 to 5 days a week...running sucks...

Yes avocado is a dessert for Filipinos...they make avocado ice cream or just avocado with milk and either chill or freeze it. ..avocado ice candy. Even my kids & grandkids look at me with horror when I mention avocado with milk & sugar😅

Tom, I used to drink coffee with sugar and cream but now I drink tea with organic turbinado sugar and cream ALWAYS....except teas that don't agree with cream
I can't think of anything good about running. I can think of a lot of good things about drinking beer. I would say skip the running and drink more beer.
