Theres no rules to collecting cards, especially if your in it for the hobby. that being said, its criminal to have that umbreon in a penny sleeve

Not really the binder acts as a soft top loader basically, can have cards in binders for years and flip through them then send them off and still get 10s

@@Avrgedude23 it doesn’t matter, at least in my personal opinion. Have you seen the quality of penny sleeves? It’s flimsy and it doesn’t fit the card perfectly, one spill on your binder (which is quite common, not for me) it’s going straight into the card.
My cards are always double sleeved along with the binder sleeve itself. I care too much about my pieces of paper for me to RISK damaging them 😂😂😂😂
