I struggled with gaming addiction Im working out but still struggling with motivation what do i do i struggle with communicating and people try to belittle me and i havent been the same since age 16 after i started taking anti depressants I took anti depressants because doctor said i was depressed then next thing i stop playing games stop having motivation i just do things but still lazy throughout the day im 20 no real job because i struggled with laziness i truly believe medicine can f up ur life especially anti depressants I didnt like communicating because im not good at it and apparently i was depressed because i was avoiding socializing but can do fine with older adults but i avoid people my age Anyone else have anti depressants f up ur life
Bad habits are one thing but what about addictions? It’s bad habits on crack where people do them on autopilot and also sometimes it may feel like they need to do the addictive action in order to survive which is more extreme but also more common. Just like how you perfectly explained how to overcome bad habits and I found this video extremely helpful and informative (shoutout basal gang), would you make one on how to beat addictions as well and go in depth step by step? You did mention the identity change on drawing a line on the sand but there’s more that goes into it.
