Hey it wouldn't explod right? If we keep the machine on for high pressure for 24/7? Cause my machine makes noise after some time
Absolutely, not ma'am! This mattress has two pipes that are fitted with the motor itself. One is used to inflate the air inside & the other is used to exhale-out the air from inside the mattress when you turn the motor on & also when the patient moves while he/she is on the mattress, either sleeping or sitting. Make sure to turn of the motor at-least for 3 hours each day, not consecutively, but possible at morning, evening/noon, night, etc.

Bro how to close both pipes on the mattress after filling the air ...?
No sir, you can't disconnect the pipe from the mattress as it needs to be fitted with the machine all the time to ensure continuous air-flow inside the mattress. You can use that regulator button on the machine to adjust the air flow rate/speed. For example, if enough air is there in the mattress then low the air flow & when not enough air is there then make it high. But, the machine needs to work constantly so as to ensure constant air flow inside the mattress. That's the mechanism of it!

Yes, I will definitely help you 😃. Sir, first squeeze out all the air that is inside the mattress. Then start filling the air by maintaining the max air flow. Use some heavy object to press and hold the portion where air is not getting filled. Once the rest of the portion is full then quickly remove the heavy object from that portion. Due to excess air pressure it will get filled. Also, check if there is any leakage area or not at that portion where it is not filling up by submerging the portion in water & if bubbles are formed then you can be sure that there is some leakage.

Is it compulsory to switch off the bed every day
No, but it is a good practice to do so, as at last it is a motor that operates the whole thing. It is better to give it some rest each day after constant usage to prevent over-heating/wear & tears. Thanks & please subscribe us for more!

Bhai iske machine ko kitne der on rekhe
You need to keep it on almost all the time, so that air can circulate & flow inside the mattress. The best option is to keep it off for half-an hour or so at regular or frequent intervals. Make sure you keep the machine on only when the patient is lying on the bed or else rest of the time turn that machine off. Also, initially put the speed regulating knob to 10 max. speed & then slowly reduce it to 5 or 6 so that you can use it for a longer time without facing any heating issue.

Yeah, actually it is designed in such a way so that not the entire back portion touches the bed so that even if the patient doesn't move much then his/her back will not sweat much & can prevent some major bed sores & infections. That's the only reason to consider that bed. Hence, anyone can use it.

In village areas power supply is not regular, can it auto fill the air when it gets power with the patient weight still there.
Yes, just remember to keep the main power supply "ON" &, along with the motor's power button also. This device's motor is made just for that purpose only, i.e. to keep the mattress inflated even when the patient is on/over the mattress. Make sure to keep the motor always turned on while using the mattress.

How to deflate it completely
Stop the pump motor, unplug the cord from the mains supply, remove the pipe nozzle from the bed's mouth. Mattress k upar bed sheet use karna hai?
Yes, it can be used. But, the bed sheet should be laid loosely on the bed i.e. over that decubitus mattress & shouldn't be tugged in the mattress tightly. I mean to say that while someone is lying on the bed he/she should feel the air bumps properly.

There is no such issue sir. It is made of proper insulation & the material doesn't release or absorb heat or cold from the body or from the inside air to the body of the person as you mentioned.

There is no proper/clear certification or details regarding it's electricity consumption. It needs a power supply of 220V/50Hz, and the power consumption is around 7 watts (approx.) in general as compared to other these kind of mattresses. Make sure to keep it on while using.
