Well Here In Nicaragua, I had to buy the smallest, for camping. I have to inflate with my mouth. It takes a while but it works. It's too bad there's no fast air exit valve. It some work to unflate. And the worst inconvenient, is the weight. Shit it's heavy. But it's comfortable. Nicaragua sucks in camping goods... But I have freedom here. No covid bullshit. ! Do you know a way to unflate without having to squeeze the valve all the way. Nothing seems to be able to get in and keep it open....I don't know what model I have but it's the yellow one for children 3-10 years old.
I bought my first air mattress "intex premair 2" and noticed that in a few hours it lost enough air. I contacted the company who understood the problem and sent me another, same model, which also loses air in just few hours. Can someone explain to me what happens to these mattresses ??
These Intel blow ups always seem to leak around the air compressor housing. Spray with soapy water to see if it bubbles. If it does then you can get some RTV silicone and seal it to stop the leakage.

Do I just need to let it cool down and then go back amd check if its working, or is it just completely broken
Oh no. I still have mine in the box. Haven't used it yet. I have a warranty on mine. So I'll send it back if I that's an issue. That is disturbing though. Only twice? Wow.

Good review here again. This seems like a really nice air mattress, but I’m still partial to the aerobed one that has the secondary pump and the headboard to keep your pillow from falling off. I like the plush-ish material, but, if I like my guests, I’m going to throw on a mattress topper to make it more real bed-like anyway.
I had the Aero bed Queen Size 18 inches. Cost me $268 on sale. This one was around $130 and 22 inches. Just as good if not better. So more for your money But I've had this Intex bed just under 2 weeks. So far so good though. Aero bed had it a few months before I threw it out. Had a hole in it.
I bought this queen size air mattress for guests to use at my home. It is a couple of years old, but we only use it 1 or 2 times a year and only for a few days. It never leaked, but my recent guest this summer said she heard a pop and a huge bulge on one side popped up. Then another pop! The ribbing on the mattress gave out and now it's lopsided and unusable. I filled out a complaint form 3 times and no one has contacted me. I called the customer service number and the agent said that he was"just a little Asian" and couldn't help me. Really? Buy another brand of air mattress. Intex is no good.
I purchased Intex 3 times and first time it lasted awhile but the after that I had bad issues with the 2nd and 3rd time with air leaks around the pump area so I stopped buying Intex. And I used this for indoor use only. 🤔👎👎👎
So buy one without a built in pump. These morons obviously haven't figured out how to build a non-leaky mattress with a built-in pump, because EVERYONE complains about this.

Is it possible to inflate this manually without mains electricity?
Yeah it is but hand pump not included
I bought my first air mattress "intex premair 2" and noticed that in a few hours it lost enough air. I contacted the company who understood the problem and sent me another, same model, which also loses air in just few hours. Can someone explain to me what happens to these mattresses ??
I'm having this same problem that's why I'm here
These Intel blow ups always seem to leak around the air compressor housing. Spray with soapy water to see if it bubbles. If it does then you can get some RTV silicone and seal it to stop the leakage.
@@615JOHNLEE So. The makers cant learn how to build a mattress? But they sell them.
@@bradsanders6954 haha yeah I wish it was that simple. Years later they are still building junk. I’ve given up on buying new models, I RTV the ones that I have and keep using them.
@@615JOHNLEE The RTV is the bomb huh? I need a really hard mattress to keep my back happy, so an air mattress it is............seems like a big item to find pin hole leaks on?................all of these are built in China of course, some with thick vinyl, some with what ever.......all seem to have a 50% leak ratio even when new.
I just got one recently I bring along with me if I’m drinking at a friends house so I don’t have to crash on the couch. I think it’s comfortable asf better then a lot of people’s actual mattress, best $109 I ever spent
What if both ways makes it deflate
Great for guess, comfortable, looks great but looses air. This would not be so bad but it happens too quickly. A guest can't sleep more than 3 hrs before having to add air.
It is great to have a built-in pump. The durability sounds great as well. Great option for extra guesses :)
So I’ve just bought one, can I ask? Do I have to shut the power off manually or will it just stop? Or explode? 👍
Did it explode?
Did it not come with a manual? Pretty sure there's no auto-shutoff.
I recently got a problem with mine, don't know if im the only one but recently used it, was letting the air out if the mattress, left it tor about a minute till the pump suddenly stopped working, idk if it has an overheating feature I don't know about but I don't think it should do that. Do I just need to let it cool down and then go back amd check if its working, or is it just completely broken
same with me turns on for less then a min ..then shuts off but keeps the air....didn’t even have it a month #Struggle
you have to turn it all the way in one direction for the pump to turn on u dont unplug it to turn it off u do a quitar turn to seal it
How it's book it
I’ve used my queen only twice and now when I use it the air leaks out over night and I end up on the floor. Idk if there’s a hole or product defect?
Oh no. I still have mine in the box. Haven't used it yet. I have a warranty on mine. So I'll send it back if I that's an issue. That is disturbing though. Only twice? Wow.
B-boy StuntZ , yes it is disturbing and I’m actually picking one up today so it’s making doubt and almost canceling the order...
@@phillipcsandoval9094 You know what since that last time I commented I actually opened up the box and I use my airbed. Using it for a little over a week. I've gone atleast 2 or 3 days without inflating it again. No need. I haven't had any problems. I will see how many days I can go without the need to inflate
@@phillipcsandoval9094 it's quite comfortable too. Go ahead and get it. Make sure you read ALL the instructions
Can you please let your viewers know if this mattress can be pumped up with a hand held portable pump? Many have asked!
it cannot
It doesn’t need it because it has an internal pump
@@youtubecommenter1000 if you are without electricity, you need it.
@@Abena_Goddess87 That’s why you get a real mattress
So Ive checked all top air mattress reviews, on all of them, at least half the reviews say "dont buy this product". It leaks. It split. Cant fix leaks. Top rated and this is the best there is?..................I had a Coleman cheepo mattress here that didnt leak for 0ver 10 years............It was 34.99 new..........I really wonder about spending much on one of these things.
Will it automatically stop inflating?
no
You seal the holes with silicone and you'll never have that problem again. Home depot 6 dollars. Its a bed of air, wtf do you think will eventually happen ? Holes lol.
Subbed to your channel dude solid review.!.
im just bought my second mattress love the first one. river cottage for guests, pack away when me and my lady, 10 stars from me
my pump runs for 5 seconds then shuts off. Have to wait 30 minutes before starting the pump again but still runs for 5 seconds.
I have a intex 22 " I just purchased 3 days ago and it keeps losing air in a large amount almost like it has a big leak within 2 hrs it is sinking in. can someone please help? I am going to call service but it's such a headache 😫
So what happened bro? Did it have a leak. I thought mine had a leak but it's just stretched and loses firmness over time.
Yo at 4:35 your pants are ripped bro
Came here to comment this! It seems very few actually watch the videos.
This thing is a hundred bucks, if that. I bet the aerobed is more.
When i try to make the pump inflate it it just deflates it, i dont get whats wrong
Probably got the dial turned the wrong way.
do you have to keep it plugged in once you've inflated it?
No. I have one.
You do if you have a leaky one. You'll be reaching for the inflate switch every few hours if you are one of the 50% of unlucky buyers.
This is a good value air mattress. I would definitely buy this one for an emergency guest bedroom. Thank you.
...very useful. Thanks much
junk mines already broke the insides came undone/unglued now its like a weird marsh mellow that squishes out sideways
I’ve bought about 5 of those and they get a hole after the 1st use every time .
You didn't figure this out after the first 2?
@@OMGWTFLOLSMH 😂
I have one , day 2 with it
Has this held up i want to buy one and im wondering if its as durable as said
Is there a way to repair this? Like a hole. I know they don't last forever but this is what happened there was a hole but it lasted for awhile! 🤍 It.
It comes with a patch to deal with any holes you find. The problem is finding the hole
Really? We found the hole but no patch. Didn't even notice. Well damn it.
@@onlyme1245 should have come on a small bag in the box. Well hopefully you find the patch if there is one. Mine even had instructions on how to patch it up.
It's an absolute pain to put it back in the box! I have been using it for the last 2 years..and because i have limited space I need it to go back in the box. In order to get it in back it drains my soul...if they work provide a slightly bigger box it would be make a huge difference. When I see INTEX all the anger comes to mind about this struggle. The air mattress it self is good until I wake up with it 15% deflated overnight. But for 7 times a year of use..I can live with that
Can you use one of the storage tubs to put it in? That’s what I would try
Cardboard boxes are free, everywhere. Go get one the right size. That's what I did.
Thanks
This intex air matrees has a defect after a few wks air escapes from bed, 🛌 causing it to deflate. Manufacturer must fix this defect A.S.A.P. I had to exchange my matress 3 times in 4 months. Must redevope new design, Manufacturer is losing Money fast.
I have this. It's horrible. The air keeps leaking I woke up with a stiff neck and fell getting out because half if the air came out while I slept. Avoid. This review is not completely informed.
4th day sleeping on an air sofa/bed. It's cool.
Now ...how do you feel
@@mdarmanbhuiyan3502 Hahah... I should have used it for like 4 months before it started leaking, became uncomfortable, and I got rid of it.
It was a nice experience. I wouldn't buy another one though. :D :D
