From the original Seven Islands from the Portuguese settlers times, to this peninsula reclaimed from the sea, wonder if there is a different rate for property ON the original island, and ON the reclaimed land?

Cyrus you are trying too hard to be funny. You land up being interruptive and obstructive the flow of conversation. You should talk less. Be a moderator. This isn’t MTV .
It is a good interview. Cyrus is a senior media professional but he keeps interrupting. No offence meant but too much attempt at trying to look smart...sorry but this is an opinion. Enjoy all your interviews though.

Cyrus thinks too fast and can't take it that anyone is talking slowly, so he ends up interrupting and moving from one question to another without listening to the answer 😂
I think the guy you talked about is Mr. Eknath Shinde (CM of Maharashtra). Messing with his house is risky imo XD

This was excellent. I am a keen viewer of Mr. Ravi's channel & yes - he has brought sophistication & standard to the real estate game. Perhaps what Amitabh Bacchan brought to the Hindi Film Industry - a sudden uptick in the reference point for new high standard in the industry. Kudos to him. Ravi is still young (& so is Cyrus???) and hope he flourishes. Fantastic interview, Cyrus .. you didn't talk over or interrupt him all that much 😁👍Cheers & thanks to to Ravi as well.

I Being into real estate as an independent female realtor from Chandigarh, the beginning line by cyrus that his mother also initially started as a broker, caught my attention so much that i ddint realise, that i saw the whole episode in a go.
Very Very interesting. Loved watching ravi though ( my favourite) I am in awe with his authentic approach while showing properties on insta and his laughter is a killer on the show 😁 Have grown up watching cyrus and they both brought the best together.
