People just lookibg at the difference in bhp and down playing this engines brilliance. There is a 30% increase in torque, and it comes at pretty lower rpms thus the power increase is not much. Drivability should be much higher tha the revtron!

The weird slack that you referred is the smooth Steering column... this is so similar to the Ford Freestyle that I own... The steering is car enthusiasts dream.
Drove curvv today while again visiting the service center for my altroz. If you're planning to get curvv then wait. Never buy tata cars within 1.5 years of its launch. Still if you crave for some adventure and want to buy it, then avoid petrol. Diesel is fantastic but avoid petrol, new GDI is not worth the extra money and regular revotron is pathetic

tata has come a long way but it’s time for tata to refine their engines further as well as fit/finish to korean or japanese level. we have owned more than4 tatas with my dad being a loyal tata fan but i feel that shortcoming still.
What is the kerb weight of Curvv and also whether 1.2 revetron petrol be sufficient for the car of this size ? Only concerned about Drive ability and comfort !
If you are to race on from the stop signals and drag etc. Not enough. But pretty enough to use everyday. In other reviews it is mentioned that it is better at 40-60 kmph than VW twins, and the VWs have 1.0 liter engines
Ouu, great question. Would ideally like to do a back to back check between the two, but the TSI feels a lot more eager which isn’t the best thing in stop-n-go traffic. - Tushar
The Hyperion engine offers more torque, but I would expect the VW engine to be more refined overall I bought a 1.0L Virtus just a month ago and the engine brings tears to my eyes when I max it out. It’s just so good.
For monthly 3k km usage with 1k in city and 2k on highway.wt will be good option petrol or diesel with manual or DCA ? Can u suggest between creta and curvv.
TATA Motors for sure screwed up this Car Curvv. Why TATA you ignore seating ergonomics !! Even the Harrier/Safari driver seat ergonomic flaws are ignored since launch & even not addressed/resolved in the major 2024 facelift. WHY WHY WHY . .. Other wise a wonderful coupe the Curvv is.
@Rajat1801 Yes it's is powerfull enough to overtake in both city and highway. But I recommend a downshift before overtaking. I have driven the car yesterday only
@@Rajat1801 it's a 3 cyl so you will feel but it's better than Nexon and if you love songs then the audio system will make the cabin feel better. I own a Tiago 2021 manual, driven over 50k and the only setback that I see that the new gen tata cars not meant for outright performance drive it gently and it will not give you headache.

This car isn't for taller than 5.6 inch guys..very small head space and leg space in both back and front seats
Mr. Grand vitara is also getting stylish (just like the Curvv). But, yes we need to accept the reality and not just keyboard racing 😢 .

Just set the ADAS sensitivity to low and it will become non intrusive in Indian city drive conditions.
I'm thinking about buying revotron engine(budget limit). Is it enough for overtaking quickly considering the weight of the car.
