Reading’s financial woes have been well documented as their current owner is facing EFL sanctions to adequately fund the club or make arrangements to sell it.
This club was a mainstay in the Premier League in much of the early 2000s until relegation to the Championship in 2013.
Since then, the club has faced further relegations and points deductions and is currently in SkyBet League One, just outside the relegation zone.
Today, we will take charge of this club to take them back to the top but this won’t just be any old rebuild, we will be doing this using a Moneyball approach to get the most out of our very limited budgets.

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Hello Hood Gaming. I like this video as i like your rebulids. But how is that moneyball? I know that you may find the players trough the stats and analysis but how can have excitement from this rebuild as moneyball when the stats dosnt show anything when you show then to us and than you show us atributes as in normal rebuild. Maybe if you showed the stats when you bought the player as you have seen it and why did you decide for that player or maybe even use one of the stats skins. It could bring better viewer experience. This is a fantastic point and something I will consider moving forward. It’s super frustrating that the game captures all the historical data, but you can’t view it once the season elapses
@@HoodGamingUKHey mate, just to go off what was said already. There’s a way of extracting that data before the season ends, that way you don’t lose it. MustarmannFM does it on his channel and it involves extracting it to Excel spreadsheets. I know this is a ton of extra effort but that does come with doing “Moneyball” saves that are all based on data and statistics. Check out one of his videos and see how he does it perhaps!

Suggestion (I read the comments I don’t think I saw someone else say this) but why don’t you do a “screen shot” of said data that shows why you signed someone do to their stats to show money ball at work oh and please do a QPR rebuild and hello all the way from Argentina

A challenge for you and one i would really like to see is, danish side akademisk boldklub in short AB they are now playing in the 3 best division in Denmark they have 9 danish Championships but the last one was in 1969.

I'm doing a reading save. Somehow got them promoted in my first season. Got them to champions league recently but lost to psg who have haaland, mbappe and saka in the quarter finals

I did like the Musterman skin, but didn’t like the way the schedule was formatted for screenshot purposes. You can’t separate competitions
