Elias became my most favourite character in the show right at the moment when he told John "Then we will meet again under less pleasant circumstances" and finished it with a little bow. The respect he showed here with his niceties and voice tone is enormous. He stayed my favourite till the end of the series. And I absolutely loved Elias and Harold duo and felt excited whenever they shared the screen.
I know Elias is a criminal enterprise boss, but the whole honor amongst thieves thing is the amiable trait that somehow makes him likable. Plus he is shows some niceties when he doesn't shoot John.
Started re- watching the entire series. What I find interesting is how invested in the characters you become with little dialogue or exposition. Little glances and subtle looks establish the relationships very well. A first- rate series! Bear had connections to them all, too.
You look at the actor playing Elias and now you know why casting directors make so much money. Seriously, who else could play Elias, Reese, or Joss...NO ONE ELSE./

I like this show. It should had lasted many more years! I have just got finished with season 1. That last episode in season 1 hardly gave a moment to breathe lol I hate cliffhangers so glad I don't have to wait months to start watching season 2.
I play all the episodes over and over. I love this show and the actor's. I wish they bring back the show and let everyone live. I cried when Reese died hoping it not the last show 😢😢

Please Hollywood , make more tv shows like ' Person of Interest ' or like ' Fringe ' or like ' Continuum ' or ' Breaking bad ' or ' X-Files ' !!! Loved Reese' fight scenes - hes so cool, calm & collected. Never raises his voice even when hes angry. I can see anger in his eyes but i loved his coolness & great, authentic looking fight action. Along w/his dry humor, it always made me laugh out loud. Im glad i did not see last ep. 13 s5 cuz i did not want to see his end

you forget that the machine looks after the SYSADMIN(Mr.Finch) and it knew harold wanted to do something about it, so it's possible that through tragedy and everything Finch and Reese were able to team up, because I doubt that if reese said "yes,wait for me" or something along those lines, married, and lived his life along with his wife, he would've accepted Mr.Finch's deal.

I loved the interplay between Carter and Reese. Especially how it evolved from her hunting him to her being part of the team.
Personally I like root evolution better. From a big bad for a season to an important member of team machine. Plus the constant flirting with Shaw.
