@@p.s.Pathakpur Both field requires tremendous amount of Hard work and have their own struggles but what separates Law field from other degree is that its valuation stems in so many direction that soon or later if u are consistent and meticulous will give sweet result ..REMEMBER THIS THERE ARE NO SHORTCUT IN LAW U NEED TO BE SMART , CUNNING , EMOTIONLESS , also LUCKY .....if u are gregarious person Law will treat u well ...Good luck in life 🖤

this question may sound silly but , how much money does a corporate lawyer make on an average ?
Corporate lawyers at tier-1 law firms get placed at 10 lpa initially.
3 lpa in first two years.
Uske baad experience ke saath badhta hai, 10 years experience 14 lpa,
20 years experience,30 LPA. Aisa samjho.
@@Khushi-z1e1f independent mein Delhi mein apko first kisi lawyer ke under kaam karna hoga atleast 2 years, during those two years you will get between 10-20k per month. After that you can become independent and earn 40k-50k for 3rd year to 7th years.
Iss 3rd year to 7th year mein apka experience your communication, drafting all should Excel , iske baad aap 1 lakh per month se jyada hi kama o ge.
In case eaap excel nahi kar paaye toh after 10 years chances hote hai ki 10 years bar council licence Wale bande sarkari advocate bann jaye , in that case you will get 1.2 lakh per month in year 2027 . At present it is 90k per month.

I am an advocate currently looking at taxation assessment like ITR and GST returns filing. I want to enter the corporate law field now but i don't have any guidance or idea what to do for the same. I want to work remotely mostly. So is it necessary to join some courses like contract drafting or something else ? please let me know.

Mai avi 12th mei hun aur science stream le rakha hun to kya mai AILET Exam dekr BALLB ke course mei ja skte hain after completion of 12th yaa fir mujhe jabardasti kisi Bsc LLB kraane wale college mei hin join krna hoga
Nope clear clat/ailet and you can ro ballb from nlu, no one can force you to do bsc llb.

According to my understanding corporate laws is divided into following categories
1 Companies , sebi & llp laws
2 Fema , banking & nbfc laws
3 Insolvency, bankruptcy, debt recovery & securitization laws
4 Torts , competition & consumer protection laws
5 Gst , custom & business tax laws
6 Business & allied laws (including contract & allied law, labour laws, patent laws & trade mark laws)
7 Anti Money laundering, black money & benami transaction laws

Corporate lawyer bcz after 4-5 yr your slaary would be 30-40 LPA in tier 1 law firms and after 9-10 yr you would be playing on 1Cr per annum. ❤

please clarify me that which is best Litigation or Corporate Lawyer. and I belong to a criminal lawyer family (2 stage) so what I prefer bcz in corporate money more but in litigation power more..........
Depends on you!
Which subjects you're Interested in college will help you decide.
And litigation doesn't mean only power you can earn in crores if you're a famous lawyer.
And corporate doesn't only mean money, if you're at any high position in a company or legal firm you'll have power too.
But both of them will take a few years to be at the zenith.
